From this apartment you have a superb view of False Bay as far as Cape of Good Hope, as well as the Helderberg Mountains. The apartment is fully equipped to be the ideal starting point for a seaside and adventure holiday. The site is well protected and an electronic chip gives you access to the car parking garage. The famous vineyard districts of Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Paarl are less than 30 minutes away by car.

Gary Player has turned Erinvale Golf Club into one of the most beautiful and exclusive sites in the country, right in the middle of the spectacular Somerset West mountain range and its view of False Bay. Somerset West is entirely European in its infrastructure and in emergency the medical clinic at Vergelegen will offer the most up-to-date medical treatment. Somerset Mall is crammed with over 100 shops and restaurants and open 7 days a week. The N2 motorway unites the beach with international airports and Kapstadt.

Das Apartment ist perfekt für zum Beispiel getrennt schlafende Ehepaare. Es ist stylish und modern eingerichtet. Man wacht auf mit Meerblick. Der Balkon mit Meerblick lässt so manchen Abend nett ausklingen. Durch die 5te Etage kann man hier bei weit geöffneten Fenstern schlafen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Flughafen 20 Minuten. In Kapstadt City ist man in 30 Minuten, abends kann man schnell man nach Sommerset West und dort die Innendtadt genießen. Die Weinregion um Stellenbosch ist in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Der nächste Golfplatz Strand in 3 Minuten , unserer Meinung bester Golfplatz "Kleine Zalse" ist in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Hermanus ca. 50 Minuten. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können dieses Apattment nur weiter empfehlen.
