This newly renovated apartment has a quiet location, approx. 1 km from the center of Montescudaio. A well kept garden surrounds the house. The apartment is located in a separate wing of a private house. The 80 m² large apartment available to our guests has a large living room with computer, internet connection, satellite TV and bed coach. On the ground floor, there is a completely equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the garden. There is a bedroom wit double bed. The wooden stairs lead you to another bedroom on the upper floor, with a comfortable double bed couch. There is a bathroom with WC and shower, washing machine, air conditioning and heating. You can relax and enjoy the silence and the beautiful light in the garden with garden furniture and barbecue. A parking lot is available on the property.

Montescudaio

Montescudaio, a small romantic inland town approximately 12 km from the sea, already had a special importance in the past because of its position. Today also you can enjoy an outstanding panorama from the church square and especially from the “La Guardiola” viewpoint. On clear days you can see as far as the valley of the River Cecina and the blue of the Tyrrhenian Sea, with its islands Capraia, Gorgona and of course, Elba. Just off the church square you can wander round the narrow alleyways, looking through arches and doors for typical wine-cellars. In the centre of the town you can discover restaurants that tempt the palate with typically Tuscan delicacies as you taste one of the many D.O.C. Montescudaio wines. The land around Montescudaio is rightly famous for the production of wine and the wine producers present their labels proudly at the annual Wine Festival which takes place on the first weekend in October. Numerous annual fairs and sporting events are held.
