The apartment is in a small residential complex and offers enough space for up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en suite bathrooms). The large living/dining room with access to the terrace offers enough space and the options to rest and enjoy. From the terrace you can enjoy the view past the communal pool and garden to the sea. All rooms have air conditioning/heat, in the living room a fireplace provides for a cuddly atmosphere. An audio/CD system and a SAT-TV are also needed. The kitchen is equipped with Bosch appliances, fridge-freezer, ceramic range with oven, microwave with grill, espresso machine. In the connected utility room you will find a washing machine and dryer.

The luxury residential complex GolfGardens, built in 2003, is located in a privileged location in the exclusive south-western part of Majorca in Nova Santa Ponca between Illetas and Port Andratx. The complex is located near Port Adriano and directly by the golf courses of Santa Ponsa II and III. The extremely attractive roofing in a peaceful location has a sea view and a well-kept Mediterranean garden with a very large lagoon pool. On foot you can reach Puerto Adriano where you will find bars and restaurants and a small lagoon with fine sand. About 2 to 3 km away you will find the original Santa Ponca with all shopping facilities like Supermercados and typical beach souvenir stores that can be reached comfortably in 5 min. by car or bus.
