Ocho Rios holiday villa

Windjammer is located in Boscobel approximately 6 miles east of the resort town of Ocho Rios and is perched on a one acre bluff with 200 feet of frontage on the Caribbean Sea. The villa is located close to the road to maximize the front yard and gardens. Windjammer has expansive ocean views from its many sundecks and terraces.

The house has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs with 3 of the 4 bedrooms having beautiful views of the sea. Each bedroom is equipped with jalousies to catch the trade winds, ceiling fans and air-conditioning. All bedrooms have twin size beds which may be converted to king size if you so desire. The bedroom furniture in Windjammer is modern wicker and rattan handcrafted in Kingston, Jamaica.

On the main level of the house you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, outdoor terrace dining and partially enclosed terrace bar with its own refrigerator and bathroom. The living room is fitted with a locally handcrafted entertainment center which houses the 22 CHANNEL CABLE TV/VCR and VCR library. There is also a SONY CD/TAPE player in the bar. Windjammer is equipped with a 10,000 gal water tank and generator is case of emergency.

Just off the terrace dining area you will find the swimming pool with its large sun-deck overlooking the Caribbean Sea. There is a seaside terrace down at the seawall (52 steps from pool), and yet another sundeck at sea level with a ladder into the sea. The sea’s depth at this lower deck ranges from approximately 2-3 feet depending on the time of year and the tide. The grounds have been professionally landscaped and are planted with a large variety of tropical fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

-Master bedroom located on the downstairs level with views of the Caribbean Sea and pool access via an outdoor passage. May be configured as a King or Twin bedroom with ceiling fans, air conditioning and full en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination.
-Bedroom 2 on the same level as the Master Bedroom with views of the Caribbean Sea and pool access via an outdoor passage. May be configured as a King or Twin bedroom with ceiling fans, air conditioning and full en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination.
-Bedroom 3 located on the upper (front entrance) level with views of the Caribbean Sea. May be configured as a King or Twin bedroom with ceiling fans, air conditioning and full en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination.
-Bedroom 4 located on the upper (front entrance) level with garden views. May be configured as a King or Twin bedroom with ceiling fans, air conditioning and full en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination.

The villa is fully staffed for your entire stay with a cook, housekeeper and caretaker, and laundress (if your party is 6 or more).
