Our vacation apartment property is located directly at the mouth of the Uecker in Stettiner Lagoon in the middle of a marina. The fine, flat sloping sand beach is about 300 m away. In the property you can find the boat restaurant 'König Ludwig' with its small shop, roll/bakery shop and a duty free shop. Parking spaces and sport facilities are available in the open space area. You will find books, audio books and games that you can rent in a small library by the reception area - an internet station is also available. A beer garden with a grill and smoke house invites you during the peak season and takes care of your wellbeing with regular children and live music events. A children's club is also offered seasonally. Our vacation property is open year round and also offers you a relaxing vacation outside of the peak season. For the active vacationers, there are about 500km of well made biking and hiking paths available in the nature park.

Comfortable one room apartment, about 25 m², with shower/bathtub/toilet, furnished with a double bed, small dining area and pantry kitchen (with a refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster) cable TV, with a balcony or patio. Rental without bed linen (linen can be rented in the reception area). View of the marina or to the Uecker/Stettiner lagoon. Washing machine and tumbler are located centrally in the vacation property - please ask the reception about bike rentals. The boat restaurant 'König Ludwig' offers not only gastronomy, but also a mini-shop and sells bakery products. 'Reiki' massages can be booked at the reception desk. South of the Baltic Sea island of Usedom - connected through the Stettin lagoon - here you will find a vacation landscape that you can call a 'secret'. The connection with the forest, water and moor means discovery and rejuvenation, activity and tranquility. Located way in the east, the picturesque sunsets are experienced here 'first hand'. The nationally recognized spa retreat Ueckermünde is a wonderful starting point for tours and excursions (500 km biking and hiking trails in 250km² national preserve); even those who have settled down will feel comfortable on the fine, soft sloping sand beaches or in the city with its lovely restored old city center with a late Gothic castle from the time of the Pomeranian dukes and the harbor on the city's river, the 'Uecker'. The vacation property is close to the beach, directly on the mouth of the Uecker in a lagoon directly in the middle of a marina. You will have a wonderful vacation in one of the 1, 2 or 3 room apartments.
