La Valtoline is a three bedroomed large and comfortable family home situated in an acre of open garden. Providing adequate space for a relaxing and tranquil holiday. There is a large kitchen diner with patio doors out to the garden. A large lounge with wood burning stove and TV, DVD and Satellite. The Master Bedroom is a large room with King Size bed and a luxurious en suite bathroom with plenty of storage and TV. Upstairs is the characterful Hayloft Bedroom with King Size bed, adequate storage, and TV. The third bedroom has twin beds, perfectly suited for children or adults alike. The upstairs family bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin and toilet. The landing area has a seated area and all windows look out over the surrounding countryside. The garden has a large patio area with BBQ and large grass area for the kids to play in. There is an area left to attract wildlife and we see many birds, owls, butterflies and rabbits. There is a large car port for 4 cars.

La Valtoline stands on an acre plot surrounded by farmland on the edge of a small hamlet set in peaceful countryside but only a10 minute drive from St Lo, Hambye and Percy where there are adequate shops, markets, and places to eat, and a 25 minute drive into Coutances where you can visit the Cathedral and famous Jardins de Coutances. The house is also half an hour from the coast offering a wide range of beaches and coastal towns from Granville nearby to fabulous Mont St Michel in the South to the historic D-Day beaches in the North. The beaches are long and wide, safe for families, plentiful and quiet. Tha famous town of Bayeaux is an hour away where there are great historical buildings, the famous tapestry, arcitecture and cathedrals to visit. There are several farms, zoos and family attractions within an hours drive of the house.
