Your wellness residence is located separately and is secluded from the nearby building. Embedded in the slightly hilly landscape of Drawehn with little traffic. Between the protected Dumme flats, water mills, beautiful stone churches and the Elbe floodplain it is great for hiking and biking. Near the Elbe, by us still Urstromtal, there are even beaches and hiking dunes. Very nearby: bus and train, horseback riding, tennis, fishing, heated forest spa, bio farm with tasty products. Here you can still get milk from the farmers. There is also cultural diversity here through the immigration of many artists. If you are interested in unique jewellery, I can show you my work in the exhibition room and atelier. Our guests have: DSL WiFi connection, sauna, solarium, fireplace oven (currently still electric), own enclosed garden area, on request for your dogs, secured south facing veranda, bikes and a lot more. The holiday residence with a private garden flooded by sun from the South, East and West is located in the historical village area between the old round village and the stone chapel. The driveway can also be used for badminton, boules, etc. A few steps further around the chapel you will find a small playground. A bus stop is 50 m away. Very good train connections (less than 2 hour drive), with a transfer at the Hundertwasser train station of Uelzen: to Hamburg and Hannover (each through the attractive medieval cities of Lüneburg or Celle) or to Berlin through the nearest, beautiful salt frond. South of Drawehn of the Wendland, you can get to great destinations quickly by car: the bird park Walsrode, the moorland park Soltau, mill museum Gifhorn or the ski-dome Bispingen belong to them...if it is too quiet by us for you. Thanks to the many artists, there are always interesting events.

Activities: Above all, the stunning hiking and biking paths in our diverse nature. More horseback riding schools with halls, spaces and stunning paths: 3 to 10 minute drive. A beautiful, heated forest spa about 3 km. Two larger lakes for fishing, surfing and swimming are the Gartower and the Arendsee: about 30 and 45 minute drives. 'Eine Sylvesternacht ohne Böllerei - himmlisch! Obgleich das Erkunden der Umgebung beschwerlich war bei all dem Neuschnee. Wir kommen wieder, wenns warm ist!’ * 'Herrlichstes Pfingstwetter, interessante 'Kulturelle Landpartie' eine wunderschöne, helle, ruhige, gemütliche Ferienwohnung... Pfingsten konnten wir nicht besser verbringen!!' * 'Vielen Dank für eine perfekte Woche. Großartige Laufstrecken, schöne Rad- und Wandertouren einfach klasse!! Wer sich da nicht erholt ist selber Schuld. Tolle Ferienwohnung mit supernetter Vermieterin

Meine Frau, ich und unsere Gina (eine Maine Coon Dame) haben lange nach einer katzengerechten Ferienwohnung gesucht und sind dann auf diese tolle Wohnung in Bergen/Dumme gestoßen, und wir waren hellauf begeistert. Eine super Ausstattung, mit wirklich allem was man zum angenehmen Urlaub braucht ... und auch, was die Katze braucht: Eine ausbruchsichere Terrasse, einen Kratzbaum, Spielzeug ... und ... und ... und.
Eine tolle Umgebung mit himmlischer Ruhe und trotzdem, wenn man Unterhaltung haben will sind genügend Möglichkeiten vorhanden. Salzwedel, Bad Bodenteich oder Uelzen sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.
Toll ist auch der Elektro-Kamin, der wirklich absolute Gemütlichkeit vermittelt.
Also; alles in allem: für unsere Begriffe könnten diese Wohnung und diese Vermieterin durchaus bei der nächsten Wahl auch den ersten Preis erhalten.

Wunderschöne Lage und gehobene Ausstattung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt idyllisch in ausgezeichneter ländlicher Lage und lässt den Urlaubsgast in Mitten eines hervorragend gepflegten Ambientes die erhoffte Entspannung schnell finden.

Beim Betreten der Anlage bemerkt man sogleich die liebevolle Einrichtung, die deutlich aus den herkömmlichen Standart-Ikea-Einrichtungen hervorsticht.

Alles in Allem eine sehr gute Gelegenheit zum Ausspannen.

Lediglich die Elektroheizung hat unser Wohlgefühl etwas getrübt, aber wie die Vermieterin angekündigt hat, wird sich dies ja bald ändern.

Owner's Response: Um Missverständnissen vorzubeugen: Die Heizung ist auf dem neuesten Stand und funktioniert natürlich einwandfrei.
Gemeint ist der elektrisch betriebene Kaminofen, der aber auch ausgesprochene Liebhaber hat, wie man im Gästebuch unserer FeWo lesen kann.
Durch Text und Bild weisen wir deutlich in unserem Inserat darauf hin und erwähnen auch den ausgleichenden Extra-Preisnachlass während der Heizsaison, bis ein Schornstein einbaut werden kann.

Wunderschöne, ruhige, gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Mir, meinem Mann und unseren 3 Maine Coons hat der Urlaub in der Lüneburger Heide sehr gut gefallen.
Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, hell und gut in Schuss. Eine himmlische Ruhe herrscht dort. Zur Ferienwohnung gehört eine schöne Wiese.
Für unsere Katzen wurde die Terasse abgenetzt und es wartete ein Kratzbaum und ein Katzenklo auf die drei. Die Vermieterin gibt zahlreiche Ausflugstipps (dicke Mappe) und versucht alle anfallenden Wünsche zu erfüllen :-)

Wir werden sicherlich einmal wieder kommen!

Einfach Urlaub!

Die Wohnung hielt was sie versprach, war sauber, schön eingerichtet und praktisch. Super für uns war die sehr zuverlässige Internetverbindung, wunderbar keinen Handy Netz-Empfang zu haben, der abgeschottete Garten für unsere Hunde und natürlich die Sauna haben wir eifrig genutzt.

Das Wendland ist einen ( oder mehrere ) Urlaub wert. Die Gegend gestaltete sich zu einer Entdeckung für uns:
Genossen haben wir das Radfahren in der Umgebung, beiderseits der Elbe und durch den Darwehn. Aber auch Ziele in Sachsen-Anhalt, Brnadenburg und Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
Wer das ländliche Leben sucht und vom Vogelkonzert geweckt werden möchte, ist hier richtig. Die in einem Ordner zusammengefassten Ausflugstipps und Informationen haben wir aufmerksam gelesen und per Net detailiert erweitert.
Owner's Response: Wir freuen uns, wenn unsere Ausflugtipps hilfreich sind. Sie werden laufend erneuert und ergänzt. So wird wieder einmal eine dickere Mappe benötigt, weil immer neue, teils wiederkehrende Highlights dazu kommen.

Längst sind nicht nur "Kulturelle Landpartie" und 2x jährlich die "Musiktage" in Hitzacker über die Grenzen hinaus bekannt. Ob "Garten(t)räume" im Juni und September, internationales Marionetten-Festival, Elbgenuss...

Laut Meinung unserer Gäste, ist die kulturelle Vielfalt neben der landschaftlichen, die größte Überraschung.

Es ist schön, zu wissen, dass sich auch bei gemischtem Wetter niemand langweilen muss.
