Comfortable modern apartment for 4 persons (67 square meters - non-smoking) renovated in summer 2006. Living room with sofa (also for sleeping) and armchairs (cable TV, stereo system) with dining corner, bed-room with a double bed and space to set up a baby bed, bathroom with shower and toilette and toilet extra. The kitchen is completely furnished with dish-washer, espresso-maker, fridge and raclette. A washing machine can be used in the cellar. There is also an extra room to put away the ski-equipment. A basement garage is in the house. The apartment is close to the ski bus station, you can walk home in 5 minutes from the slope. To the 'Arena Express' it is 1.4 km. You can easily go shopping by foot (baker, butcher, food). The ski area has about 220 km of slopes, you can also go cross-country-skiing and skating. In summer you can go hiking, walking, and swimming in the lake Cauma (15 min walking) and mountain-biking.

The community of Flims has about 3.000 inhabitants and three districts: Flims, Flims-Waldhaus and Fidaz. There is tourism in this area for about 100 years. The villages Laax, Flims and Falera belong to the 'Alpenarena'. There are about 220 km of slopes all degrees of difficulty, hiking-trails and mountain bike tracks. You can also go swimming in the lake Cauma and Lake Chresta or visit the spectacular Canyon of the river Rhine. Flims has pharmacies, surgeries, various restaurants, sports outfitters, a museum from a well known Swiss architect (Olgiati), a sports centre and indoor pools and wellness areas in hotels.
