Luxury detached holiday villa, golf views, peaceful location, private pool The villa consists of a large lounge/dining area, fully equipped kitchen/utility room, two double and one twin bedroom and a family bathroom. The large master bedroom is en suite and opens onto a roof top solarium with fantastic views over the golf course and surrounding area. The lounge opens onto a shaded patio perfect for outdoor eating. The villa has two A/C units in the large lounge/dining area and one in the master bedroom. All living areas have ceiling fans. Outside the house, the attractive patio and spacious back garden has uninterrupted views of the golf course. The swimming pool has a shallow end and steps for small children. Patio furniture and a barbeque are provided for al fresco entertaining.General: Dual air conditioning/heater and ceiling fans. Towels and linen are included, please bring own beach towels. Children's playground with swings and slides and 2 common swimming pools on complex.

Local Area

A five minute drive will take you to modern supermarkets, banks, shops and varied restaurants/bars on the coast, or to Villamartin and local urbanisation shopping centres. The property is close to both the coast and the countryside, a ten minute drive in either direction will take you to both the Orihuela coast and inland amongst the orange, lemon and almond groves. Towns on the coast include Torrevieja, San Xavier and San Pedro and cities, towns and villages inland include San Miguel, Orihuela and Murcia. Torrevieja is the nearest large town, providing night life and a water park for the children. Benidorm is just over one hour drive where you can visit Terramitica theme park.

Beaches and Activities

Just five minutes drive to numerous safe and beautiful sandy beaches. Choice of secluded bays or busier beaches with water sports, bars, cafes, sun loungers and umbrellas. Activities: golf, tennis, cycling, jet ski, sailing, water skiing, aqua park, snorkelling, swimming.

Villa situated front line golf on 11th fairway at one side of the house and 12th green on other. Great views. Las Ramblas golf course: 5914 metres, par 72. Pretty, undulating and challenging course, abundant wildlife. Rugged terrain with the occasional water hazard. Club house 500 metres from villa. Very close to several other golf courses: Campoamor - two minutes drive: 6203 metres, par 72. Villamartin - five minutes drive: 6132 metres, par 72. Now 25 years old, this is the oldest golf course in the region. Beautiful course and well kept greens. La Finca - fifteen minutes drive: 6394 metres, par 72. New course with fantastic greens and a lot of water.
