Spotless modern apartment in block close to Pacha

The apartment is clean and modern with stylish decor (as shown in the owner's photos) and thoughtful touches such as an iPod dock and basic provisions in the kitchen (dishwasher tabs, olive oil, salt, pepper etc). We were a group of three couples (all 30yrs old) and went to go clubbing and enjoy some late summer sun.
Ibiza Old Town is a good half hour walk around the bay but a pleasant ferry trip costs 3.5E and leaves from the dock 5-10mins walk away. Restaurants and bars can be found near the apartment with a greater selection near the ferry stop 5-10mins away. The apartment is very convenient for Pacha, less than 5mins away. This is also useful if you need to get a taxi anywhere as the rank outside Pacha and its hotel is always full day and night. There's a cafe and small shop on the ground floor of the block itself and there are (non-reserved) parking spaces around the block.
We didn't go to the nearest beach, which I think is Talamanca about 15mins walk away as we had a car to go exploring and find less well known coves and beaches.
The apartment's air conditioning and showers were good. Be aware that the master bedroom is significantly larger than the other two, with a super king bed and ensuite whilst the other two have two singles (can be pushed together) and a double respectively, which share a bathroom. The double is particularly small with very little space around the bed and has a small window facing a narrow light well. So if you're going as a group of friends rather than a family, I'd suggest devising a fair way to allocate the rooms. Having said that, we had the small room and we really only used it for collapsing into bed after a long night at Pacha and it didn't bother us too much.
The apartment looks out towards the hills and a reasonably busy road though we did not find the noise a nuisance. There is a new apartment block being built next door which caused some construction noise at times and overlooked the otherwise lovely pool area. We really didn't find it a problem though and the buildings are carefully aligned so that even with the new block going up (assuming it doesn't get too much taller!) the pool gets direct sunlight till nearly dusk.
If you're looking for a convenient and modern place to stay and planning to spend much of your time out exploring/clubbing/etc then this is the place for you.
