The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with full sized bath, open plan lounge/diner with fully equipped kitchen and a spacious terrace. The apartment has a central location of Costa Calma and is in walking distance from the sea, so ideal for those wishing to enjoy the beach and to laze in the sun during their holiday. The apartment is set in a newly built residential complex near the 'Palmeral', supermarket, bus station, shops and restaurants.

Costa Calma (the calm coast) lies about 80 km south of the airport Pto de Rosario on the edge of the national park area of Jandia. It is the narrowest spot of the island. The highlight of Costa Calma has to be the long sandy beach to the southwest. It's always easy to find a quiet, sheltered spot here even during peak season. Windsurfers are particularly fond of this beach because of the strong off shore winds during the summer months. Costa Calma counts every year with thousands of kite & windsurfers and fans due to the world cup which is held there. Beside the beaches you will find desert-like areas with its characteristic electronically windmills. Crossing the island you will reach La Pared, beautiful area with natural wild beaches and the most beautiful sunsets of the Canary Islands.

Diese wunderschöne Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie ist perfekt ausgestattet, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Alles genau, wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos. Der große Balkon lädt perfekt zum Relaxen und Sonnen ein (er ist vor fremden Einblicken geschützt) und man hat freien Blick ins Grüne.
Restaurants, Supermarkt und Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bus hält in unmittelbarer Nähe. Fahrpläne in der Wohnung.
Wir fühlten uns durch die freundliche Vermieterin sehr gut betreut und haben uns 2x sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist passend für alle "Wasserratten". Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Sauberkeit, Einrichtung und Ausstattung: SUPER!
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und freundlich.

wir 2Erwachsenen haben 4Wochen Urlaub in der Wohnung verbracht. Super. Da die Wohnung nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt, ist sie ziemlich ruhig, aber nicht abgelegen.
Küche komplett ausgestattet- sogar Waschmaschine-
Essplatz -gemütlich
die Betten breit und nicht zu weich und nicht zu alt
alles sauber
Terrasse- klasse- zum Essen und relaxen ein Paradies . Pool vorm Haus !
auf dem Weg zum herrlichen Sandstrand ( 7 min) unbedingt im Hotel eine Espresso bei Manuel trinken!! Junger Spanier der sehr gut deutsch spricht und immer weiß wo was los ist.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Besser geht es nicht

Wir nutzten die Ferienwohnung für 10 Tage mit 4 Erwachsenen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Top Zustand und bietet alles was man als Alleinversorger benötigt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden ebenso wie TV, DVD und natürlich deutsches Fernsehen. Wir buchten die Wohnung weil der Strand von ihr aus wirklich schnell zu erreichen ist. In der Wohnung liegt auch Infomaterial aus mit vielen Nützlichen Tips. Die Tauchschule im Costa Calma Club war ein Gold Tip. Auch zu loben ist die Sauberkeit über die man nichts negatives sagen kann, die Wohnung, die Anlage und der angeschlossene Pool .... alles perfekt. Wir kommen wieder!
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in Laufnähe.

Auf Fuerte ankommen, die Wohnung beziehen und sich sofort wohl fühlen.Die Beschreibung der Anzeige sehr korrekt, die Wohnung sehr sauber, Betten und Matratzen sehr angenehm.
Die Kontakte zur Vermieterin überaus freundlich und informativ.
Wir hatten 7 wundervolle Wochen auf Fuerte.
Unser Sohn und Schwiegertochter, die zu Besuch kamen fühlten sich auch sofort sehr wohl.
Restaurants und Einkauf gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
