Holiday in Fleesensee country:
It is not for nothing that the Robinson Club, the Dorf hotel and the Radisson Hotel have chosen Göhren-Lebbin, the Meckelenburg Lake District offers broad fields, clear lakes and large forests, a great area for relaxing hours. Here holidaymakers can find everything that the heart desires , hiking trails, mountain bike tours, swimming in the Fleesensee lake in the summer, sailing, rowing, the golf course nearby or the stables which borders on the property. On the one hand you are meters away from many activities and on the other hand you are right beside areas of undisturbed natural beauty, the best of both worlds, guaranteeing a relaxing holiday.
Hiking, jogging, cycling:
There are plenty of hiking opportunities near the house, some trails around Fleesensee lake have been signposted and cleared as hiking trails. These trails are also suitable for jogging and Nordic walking. The surrounding area with its unique natural landscape is just waiting to be discovered. In the autumn, huge flocks of migrating birds can be seen making a stopover here on their way to other climes. Eagle nesting places in the area mean that encounters with the “king of the skies” are possible.
Riding:
There are plenty of horses riding opportunities here. There is a large stables right beside the house. This modernly constructed riding area encompasses living space for 40 horses, a 20 x 60 meter riding hall with large windows and a dressage and show-jumping area. There are over 40 horses, from Shetland ponies and riding ponies through to Mecklenburg warm bloods. There are ten employees who take care of the horses and their riders. There is a widespread network of trails, mostly consisting of sandy trails, which lead through the one of the most breathtaking landscapes in Germany. They also offer tours and horse and carriage trips. The complex has guest boxes for your own horses should you bring them along.
Golf:
In Göhren-Lebbin there are 72 holes which were planned and designed from scratch. Here you can find courses that are independent from one another but are all located near to one another. The Coca Cola Family Course has such easy fairways and such large greens that even novices will be able to enjoy their first round of golf. Those who have a little bit of experience can play the Coca Cola Course. The holes here are nearly 300 meters long and normally sized. For those who are even more experienced, we have the Tchibo course with water hazards and 4750 meters total in length. Expert and tournament players love the Scandinavian course which offers normal enough length (6000 m) but still gives you the opportunity to improve your game. Those who love a challenge will choose the Castle Course. It has the longest holes and the deepest bunkers but also the most beautiful views. It is also located not far from our holiday home. All other courses are not too far away.
