Ruhiger Urlaub mit Pool und herrlicher Aussicht

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der idyllisch gelegenen Casa Corgiano sehr genossen:
Unsere Kinder (9 und 13 Jahre) hauptsächlich den großen Pool, wir mehr die Ruhe und das großartige Panorama unter der großen, schattigen Pergola.
Das sehr gut ausgestattete Haus und das Grundstück haben wir sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden und der Hausverwalter war 2-3 mal pro Woche vor Ort und hat sich insbesondere um die Reinigung des Pools und den schön angelegten Garten gekümmert.

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und informativ.

Die Umgebung ist sehr reizvoll und in 45-90 Autominuten gibt es zahlreiche schöne und interessante (Alt)-städchen zu sehen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können die Casa Corgiano nur weiterempfehlen!

schönes Haus mit Pol auf schönen Grundstück

Ein schönes Haus mit schönem Pool auf einem Grundstück mit toller Aussicht. Auch mit Kindern ideal, sehr ruhig oben auf dem Berg. Daher muß man aber auch ca. 3 km Serpentinen herunter, um in den Ort zu gelangen.Sehr gut geeignet für trainierte Mountainbiker.
Leider ließ bei unserer Ankunft die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig: Backofen, Mikrowelle Herd und Toaster waren verdreckt. Die Sauberkeit der Küche hätte besser sein können. Der Gefrierschrank war nicht zu gebrauchen, die Waschmaschine defekt.Auch muß man draußen auf die Anwesenheit von Spinnen, Skorpionen und Schlangen gefasst sein.Sehr erholsam und ruhig, für kulturelle Angebote längere Fahrzeit einplanen
Owner's Response: Zur Bewertung vom 11. August 2008 Reisezeitraum Juli 2008: Aufgrund einer kurzfristigen Umbuchung wg. Krankheit anderer Mieter waren unsere italienische Verwalter eventuell nicht richtig informiert (vielleicht ein sprachliches Mißverständnis). Wir bedauern diese Panne und möchten gern auf die anderen Kommentare verweisen.
Bei eventuellen Gerätedefekten hätte man entweder uns oder die Verwalter informieren können, um Unannehmlichkeiten schnellstmöglicht beheben zu lassen.

Alle Angaben im online-Inserat sind korrekt: Ausstattung des Hauses ist hervorragend, die Lage wirklich einmalig!Betreuung durch den Vermieter und dessen Hausverwalter einwandfrei.
Besonders die ländliche Abgeschiedenheit ist wörtlich zu nehmen:Hier findet man wirklich seine Ruhe und hat trotzdem die Möglichkeit, die in der Umgebung interessanten Städte in 1 - max.2 Std zu erreichen.
Dieses Haus werde ich Freunden gerne weiterempfehlen!


Im Treppenhaus hängt ein Bilderrahmen mit Visitenkarten diverser Restaurants in der Umgebung und entsprechenden Kommentaren des Vermieters:Eine ausgezeichnete Orientierungshilfe!

p.s.: Das Haus ist mit einer Zentralheizung ausgestattet, die den italienischen Standard weit übertrifft: Urlaub im Herbst: kein Problem.
