The totally new renovated house is parted in 2 bedrooms (one is a gallery bedroom), 1 bathroom, and dining room, living room with stove, kitchen fully equipped, terrace, garden and small pool. It is a perfect holiday home for 4 people.

Llubí is situated in the heart of Majorca. It is excellent as basement for any journey as well as to the mountains as to the beach. You reach Playa de Muro (Bay of Alcudia) in 15 minutes and it takes you also 15 minutes by car into the mountains for hiking. It takes half an hour to Palma, half an hour to the airport. 10 minutes to Inca with his nice square and a lot of shopping facilities. Try the other vacations, in the middle of an authentic Majorcan village.

Schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit geschmackvoller sowie umfangreicher Ausstattung, und für einen Urlaub mit bis zu 2 Kindern geeignet. Im Ort gibt es Bäcker und Supermarkt. Größere Orte (Sineu, Inca) sind ca. 5-10 Autominuten entfernt. Die Verwaltung ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist gut geeignet als zentraler Ausgangspunkt für PKW-Ausflüge über die ganze Insel. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Ein Dorfhaus, im warsten Sinne des Wortes. Man lebt hier inmitten Mallorquinern. Leider wurden täglich frühmorgens durch den krähenden Hahn, durch den Nachbarhund oder durch ein vorbeifahrendes Fahrzeug geweckt. Das Haus ist ringhörig und im Bad und im unteren Zimmer riecht es nicht so gut (keine gute Lüftung). Ansonsten war es ok.
Die Betreuung vor Ort fand in Form der Uebergabe statt, nachher erfolgte keine Nachfrage/Betreuung mehr.
Der Urlaub war trotzdem SPITZE !!! Wir kommen wieder nach Mallorca.

Günstig, Ruhig und wunderschön

Dieses Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen (allerdings nur mit einem Mietwagen). Ideal wenn man viele Seiten der Insel erkunden möchte. Mitten in einem ruhigen, sehr schönen Dorf gelegen. Ein wenig Spanischkenntnisse wären gerade in den Restaurants hier hilfreich, da hier wenig bis kein englisch gesprochen wird. Strände an der Ostküste sind wunderschön und mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Im Haus fehlt es wirklich an nichts und für 4 Personen ist es sehr geräumig (bis auf die Dusche eben). Auch die Hausverwalterin war sehr freundlich und gab uns auch viele Tipps für die Insel. (Einziger Markel - die Waschmaschine könnte eine kleine Reinigung vertragen.) Hatten hier eine sehr schöne Zeit und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Mitten drin

Nicht nur geographisch ist man in diesem Fereienhaus "Mitten Drin" man ist fern ab von den Hoelburgen "Palma" aber trotzdem nicht sehr weit weg vom Strand Can Picaford, aber ein Leihwagen ist erforderlich!
Der Bäcker und dass ist wichtig, ist wirklich nur um die Ecke und ein Supermarkt ebenso, wenn man sich an die Öffnungszeiten gewöhnt hat, richtig gut.
Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und gut eingerichtet, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts.
Nur das Bad! Da ist nicht die Größe das Problem, sondern ein Duschtempel der zusätzlich in der kleinen Duschkabine installiert ist, ich habe Menschen gesehen, die hätten darin nicht duschen können.
Trotzdem würden wir das Haus wieder mieten, denn es war sehr sauber, der Vermieter, sowie die Verwaltung waren flexiebel und gut.
Es hat uns gut gefallen, wenn man den Pool nicht braucht denn der ist genauso groß wie die Dusche.

Am Treffpunkt angekommen wurden wir begrüßt duch die nette Vermieterin die uns zum und ins Haus führte (und sie hatte noch ein paar sehr gute Tips für uns was Einkaufen, Zug fahren, Essen gehen usw. betraf). Das Haus ist sehr, sehr schön. Die Angaben im Inserat stimmen perfekt überein mit dem Naturell. Das Haus war sehr sauber als wir ankamen, frische Handtücher und frisch bezogene Betten. Der Rasen frisch gemäht, der Pool sauber. Die moderne Dusche fanden wir etwas zu klein (wenig Bewegungsfreiheit). Die Klimanlage ist sehr gut.
Der Ort Llubi ist sehr überschaubar, hat aber für den kleinen Einkauf zwischendurch alles (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Tabakladen, Tankstelle). Durch die zentrale Lage dieses Ortes kann man alle anderen schönen Ecken Mallorcas sehr gut und zügig mit dem Auto erreichen.
