In the traditional Spanish cottage style house, which was built exclusively and spaciously, on about a 700 m² secluded property with a lighted pool (5 x 10 m with Roman stairs), private, Mediterranean garden with multiple terraces. The villa is located in an exposed residential area near the city, but absolutely peaceful, directly on the foot of the Montgo, the mountain in Denia, current nature preservation area with a close access to its hiking routes. The house offers a sophisticated and complete equipment and altogether 4 bedrooms for a max. of 8 people. Due to the elevated location of the property, you can enjoy a unique panorama view of the bay of Denia, the castle, the fishing, lake and marina harbour, the Montog and the total bay of Valencia and the Mediterranean Sea, also from the 40 m² covered salon terrace that invites you with its arcade arches and the beautiful dining space for relaxing and unwinding.

Denia - the gate to Costa Blanca - are located on the foot of the mountain of Montgo between Valencia in the north (about 100 km) and Alicante in the south (about 100 km) with the respective international airports. Denia is throned by the medieval castle, which is worth visiting and gives a beautiful view. North of Denia you will find about 20 km of very beautiful, wide beaches, while in the south you will find rock coasts with small bays - a paradise for friends of untouched nature. Denia is a small, natural, Spanish city full of zest for life and offers you an undisturbed holiday in all regards with all care and recreational facilities with the best shopping facilities. The motto of Denia is "Tu Sabes Vivir", which means: "you understand how to live!". The area around Denia and the mountainous backcountry offer a variety of interesting excursion options for children as well.

Ein traumhaftes, großzügiges Haus, bis ins Detail komplett ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt, das man in dieser absolut ruhigen Lage so schnell nicht wieder findet. Die Vorabberatung der Vermieter war (detaillierte Einweisung in das Haus, viele Tipps über den Urlaubsort Denia und die Umgebung, erstklassige , bebilderte Anfahrtbeschreibung etc.) und die Betreuung vor Ort durch die deutschsprachige Hausverwalterin waren hervorragend. Die vielen schönen Stunden auf der großen überdachten Salon-Terrasse mit dem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht von Denia und die schöne Zeit am Pool werden wir sehr vermissen. Vielen Dank für 2 herrliche Wochen Traumurlaub in dieser schönen Villa an einem Urlaubsort, der seinen Gästen alles zu bieten hat.

Wir können uns den bisherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen - das Haus, die Lage, die Ausstattung und die Betreuung vor Ort ist hervorragend ! Wir waren überrascht das die Einrichtung durch eine Ledercouch im Wohnraum und sehr schönen Rattanmöblen auf der Terrasse nochmal deutlich aufgewertet wurde. Der Pool ist sicherlich traumhaft, die Aussicht aufs Meer wunderschön. Wir hoffen wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal in der Villa Buena Vista !!!

Es war uns vergönnt, eine herrliche Woche im August in diesem erstklassigen Feriendomizil zu verbringen. Eine architektonisch anspruchvolle, sehr gepflegte und großzügig geschnittene Villa haben wir vorgefunden. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die geschmackvolle Ausstattung und das rundherum vollständige Inventar, auch in der Küche. Die Villa ist absolut ruhig gelegen (nur gelegentlicher Anliegerverkehr), dennoch ist das Stadtzentrum mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Das gepflegte Anwesen ist nahezu uneinsehbar und läßt keine Wünsche offen. Der große, illuminierte Pool mit der römischen Treppe ist wunderbar. Aus den oberen Zimmern und von der Arkadenterrasse, die sich über die gesamte Länge der Villa erstreckt, genießt man einen unvergleichlichen Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer. Die Eigentümer gehen sehr vertrauensvoll mit ihren Gästen um, alles ist zugänglich und steht zur Nutzung bereit, wie Fernglas, Teleskopfernrohr, Bücher, Reiseführer u. Karten, CD´s, Spiele, Schwimmutensilien etc, ja sogar das Barfach im Wohnzimmer war gefüllt (wir haben natürlich unseren eigenen Verbrauch wieder aufgefüllt). Alles in allem ein Traumurlaub in einer Traumvilla. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder. Hasta la vista !

Dieser Bungalow ist der Beste in dem wir je gewesen sind. Einfach erstklassig Man fühlt sich hier sofort wie zu Hause. Es hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem überstiegen. Wir waren begeistert.
Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Es ist ausgezeichnet gepflegt und so unglaublich sauber und sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Nicht nur das Haus selbst, auch die ganze Anlage z.B. wunderschöner großer Pool und Garten mit Grillecke und Ruhezone, zeigt sich in einem sauberen geflegtem Zustand.
Es hat die ideale Lage, mit einem atemberaubenden Panoramablick über die Stadt und den Hafen.
Der Kontakt zu den freundlichen Vermietern ist hervorragend und man erhält jegliche Unterstützung.
