The country house from the 18th Century has been lovingly restored with all amenities for a wonderful and relaxing holiday. The holiday home is located in a rural area on a small hill surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. It has a fantastic panoramic view of dreamy places and the Sibillini mountains. Our apartment is located on the first floor with a separate entrance. The small pool area consists of a pool (L = 7xB = 3x T = 1.5), and sun loungers, a pavilion and a barbecue station.

Our country house is located 2 km from the village of Montottone. Here you can buy everything for the daily needs. There is a baker, butcher, supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, gas station, 2 bars and a restaurant. Walking in the Sibillin mountains, enjoy the Dolce Vita at sea.

Additional information about rental rates

  • These prices are valid for an occupancy of 2 people. Electricity, water and gas 9 € per person per week. Final cleaning 30 € (if using 2nd bedroom in same apartment 45 €). Bed linen, hand towels for inside and tea towels are included in the price. Heating 8 € per day.
  • Above prices are valid for 2 people (1 bedroom). For an occupancy of 4 people the weekly price in the peak season is 560 € (2 bedrooms) and 390 € in off-peak season. The pool is open from beginning of May until mid September.
  • On booking a payment of 30% is required immediately. The remaining balance must be transferred into our account at least 4 weeks before arrival. For last-minute bookings full payment is required immediately by transfer or paid on arrival.

Bereits zum 2. Mal verbrachten wir unseren Urlaub bei Fam.E., in dessen liebevoll restauriertem Landhaus. Sicherlich ist es für uns ein zauberhafter Ort, da wir hier die Liebe unseres Lebens kennen lernten. Die Ruhe, Sauberkeit der ganzen Anlage, die Aussicht und die Nähe zu verschiedenen Ausflugszielen lässt uns unsere Auswahl zu dieser Unterkunft immer wieder leicht fallen.
Sei es auch mal nur für einen Kurzurlaub, den uns die Eigentümer schon oft versüsst haben. Ein großes Lob an die spontanen Einladungen zum fantast. Essen der Fam. E..

Wir haben uns in der liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sofort wohlgefühlt. Sie ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Für 4 Personen hat sie auch eine ausreichende Größe. Am Pool konnte man herrlich entspannen, die Ruhe und den wunderbaren Ausblick genießen. Abwechslungsreich sind auch die Stände. Wer mag kann wählen zwischen Sand- oder Kiesstrand, ruhige Abschnitte oder auch im Zentrum, für jeden ist etwas dabei. Ausflüge in die Berge sind eine Reise wert. Bei Fragen oder Problemen hatten wir bei unserem Vermieter einen Ansprechpartner, der uns immer helfen konnte. Wir haben einen gelungenen Urlaub erlebt.
