The country house from the 18th Century has been lovingly restored with all amenities for a wonderful and relaxing holiday. The holiday home is located in a rural area on a small hill surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. It has a fantastic panoramic view of dreamy places and the Sibillini mountains. Our apartment is located on the first floor with a separate entrance. The small pool area consists of a pool (L = 7xB = 3x T = 1.5), and sun loungers, a pavilion and a barbecue station.

Our country house is located 2 km from the village of Montottone. Here you can buy everything for the daily needs. There is a baker, butcher, supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, gas station, 2 bars and a restaurant. Walking in the Sibillin mountains, enjoy the Dolce Vita at sea.

Sauber/gepflegt/ ECHT auf dem Land

Wir haben eine ruhige, saubere und gepflegte FeWo auf dem Land mit Pool gesucht und gefunden. Die Aussicht ist in der Tat fantastisch mit Blick nach allen Seiten. Die deutschen Eigentümer die im Haus wohnen sind unkompliziert, sehr angenehm und unaufdringlich im Umgang. Nächste größere Stadt ist Fermo (20km)!

Wir haben einen schönen zweiwöchigen Familienurlaub mit unserem fünfjährigem Sohn mit Pool/Lesen/Pasta und gelegentlichen Abstechern an die Adria (Porto San Giorgio 24km) verbracht.
Owner's Response: Wir sind ständig bemüht unsere Ferienwohnungen und die Außenanlage einschl. Poolbereich in einem Topzustand zu halten um den Aufenthalt unsere Gäste so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

schöner Urlaub

Wer Wert auf eine liebevoll eingerichtete Fewo legt, die sauber und gepflegt ist und nicht nach einem unpersönlichen Luxusappartement sucht, der hat sie hier gefunden. Wir haben uns in einer sehr schönen Umgebung (Haus, Wohnung, Garten, Pool, Landschaft) gut erholt.
Auch die freundlichen Vermieter, vermittelten uns das Gefühl als Gast (nicht als Kunde) willkommen zu sein. Wenn wir Fragen zu Ausflugszielen, Stränden oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hatten, wurden wir immer gut beraten.
Diese Unterkunft erwies sich sowohl für Ausflüge zum Strand als auch für Wandertouren in den Bergen als guter Ausgangspunkt. Und wenn man einfach mal ein oder zwei Tage im Garten zwischen Wein und Oliven die Seele baumeln lassen will und sich gelegentlich im Pool abkühlen möchte, so ist auch das kein Problem.
Beeindruckend ist auch die Freundlichkeit der Menschen in dieser Region. Auch ohne Italienisch, mit wenig Englisch und einem Lächeln findet man immer jemanden, der weiterhilft, ob beim Kauf eines Parktickets, im Restaurant oder bei der Lösung sonstiger Probleme die man als Tourist so haben kann.
Für uns ist auch die "ländliche Gräuschkulisse" (Hühner, Ziegen oder gelegentlich ein Traktor) kein Grund dieses Ferienhaus nicht zu empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir sind letzten Freitag von einem sehr schönen und sehr erholsamen Italienurlaub zurückgekommen. Dieses Haus ist sehr ländlich gelegen super in Schuss und man hat alles was man braucht.Ganz wichtig!!! Super Betten, Groß, Breit und Riiiichtiiig bequem. Pizza kann man nicht selbst machen da kein Backofen vorhanden ist aber wen stört das schon, die kann man billig essen gehen. Alles andere kann man dann auch zuhause kochen. (Man fühlt sich wie zuhause) Die Eigentümer die mit in dem Haus leben sind sehr nett und stets bemüht es einem so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Der Pool hat den ganzen Tag Sonne und man kann richtig gut relaxen. Auch sehr wichtig in den Marken kann man noch richtig günstig Urlaub machen und das "Dolce Vita"genießen für kleines Geld. Es gibt sehr schöne Ausflugsziele in der näheren und ferneren Umgebung Ascoli -Piceno oder Fermo oder einfach einen der kleinen Orte die man vom Haus aus sieht. Zum Meer sind es ca 23- 30 km je nachdem wo man hin will aber am Pool vermisst man auch nichts. Wir möchten ganz sicher irgendwann wieder hin. Auch super und erwähnenswert ist die Aussicht man wacht auf bei strahlender Sonne und wenn man zum Fenster (Küche) rausschaut kann man Schneebedeckte Berge sehen. wow. Also wenn man jetzt keine Lust hat dort hin zu fahren, dann weiß ich auch nicht. Wir fahren auf jeden Fall wieder hin!
