Please, be our guests and you can see the wonderful views. Our first photo with one of the different views would give you a first imagination. Casa Boa Vista is ideal for couples, for families, for seniors and for golfers and provides a lift/elevator. It is a perfect vacation getaway. You are welcome to be our guests at any time. Golf courses within a 5 minutes drive are Benamor,Quinta da Ria/Cima. We permit our guests to smoke on the terrace.

Notes to the rental rates

• The above mentioned prices are per week and for 2 persons. Each further person 3./4. pay only 50,00 € more per week. This is a fair price which we could learn from our guests until now. Please, be so kind and have a look at our guestbook which you could find after the prices at further (more) details/descriptions. Unfortunately we have not enough space to write all the recommendations down from our guests. We hope you understand this. 'Thank you'. • At Easter, Christmas and New Year’s Eve and at any time you are in need of heating we can provide the heating for your comfort If you desire for Christmas an original Christmas tree we would like to offer it for you (without any costs for our guests). Please, ask us, we will do our best for your holidays.
  
• The rental includes: Electricity, gas and water. Air-conditioning can be provided but must be paid apart by our guests per week 50,00 Euros. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the rental as well as the cleaning before your arrival. Beach towels, please, bring it with you from home. Welcome parcel on arrival (to be paid by us the owner). Final cleaning: 50,00 Euros.

Historic Tavira: The old Tavira will delight all tastes. Tavira welcomes its visitors by offering a range of very good restaurants and bars to enjoy the most delicious Mediterranean style Portuguese cuisine. Travel around the centre to discover centuries of history. Tavira has origins date back around 2000 BC when it became one of the first Phoenician settlements of the south-western 'Iberian Peninsular' The Phoenicians were subsequently followed by the Romans, Goths and Moors and evidence of this rich culture can be seen in the local architecture and ancient sites of the town. Tavira is also well known for its 37 churches and beautiful architecture with emphasis on the truss roofs and for the facades along the river Gilao, towards the sea. The unique Tavira Island: Within the unique landscape formed by the Island of Tavira presides the Natural Park of 'Ria Formosa'. Sunbath feeling, just nature. No crowds, no buildings, no noises. Just the sound of the birds, ocean and the breeze.

More about the unique Tavira Island

Practice any kind of aquatic sport from scuba diving to sailing (Sailing Club of Tavira). Run on the beach as you can contemplate the sun descending on the ocean, inhaling the pure air. Play foot volley, football or volleyball on the sandy and white beach. In Tavira Island you will find restaurants and cafes open until late summer. To get to the island you can take the ferries which cost only 1 € roundtrip. The boats go to and from the island every 5 minutes. The island is roughly 4 km long and is one of the main attractions of the Natural Park of the Ria Formosa. The island is made of white sand; some parts are covered by pine trees and others just by sand or plants. Tavira Island is the largest in the Ria Formosa Natural Park. The diversity of plants and colours of the island which is a great pleasure to visit all year around. Tavira is roughly 20 minutes from the Spanish border and 25 minutes from Faro International Airport. Airport of Seville is about 180 km by motorway.

The mouth of the river 'Guadiana' is the border between the Spanish Costa de la Luz and the Eastern Algarve. Benamor an 18-hole par 71 course, 5 minutes away from Tavira. Quinta da Ria and Quinta de Cima (each) an 18 hole par 72 course, 10 minutes away from Tavira. Castro Marim an 18 hole par 71 course, 30 Km from Tavira. There are 2 Jack Nicklaus golf courses underway which are set to become 2 of the leading golf courses in the Algarve! Golf course Benamor: The first course to open to the east of Faro lies between the Tavira coast and the uplands of the Serra de Caldeirao.
