This house 'Villa Lac et Mer Kaiser' is in a peaceful location at the end of a cul-de-sac and on huge 2500 m² lawn grounds with its own pine trees. It’s only 700 m to the beach by the lake. Endless Atlantic beaches are only 8 km away. So every day you can choose either lake or Atlantic after breakfast on the 75 m² sun terrace (not overlooked, very peaceful, loungers, sunshade, plenty of chairs and a lovely long table, stainless steel wood and solid fuel grill – nearest house far away). At the lake and at the Atlantic you can do all kinds of water sports - or just relax. Apart from the very spacious living/dining room with heating stove and satellite TV, 3 seater leather couch, fantastic music facilities, MP3 and CD & DVD player etc. there are 5 bedrooms with 12 beds (inc.5 double beds). If two families book together the house can be ‘divided’. The house is child/baby friendly.

Valeska Lübke aus Bonn, Wir hatten 14 tolle Tage bei Ihnen. Das Haus und Grundstück sind ja wirklich rieeeeesig. Auch wenn wir zumeist am Atlantik waren, haben wir die Abende und die Ruhe auf der Terrasse bei Wein und Grillen sehr genossen. 2007 geht es erst mal nach Kalifornien - aber dann kommen wir wieder. Liebe Grüsse.
