Photos and Description of this Sorede holiday house

This house with 250 m² of ground surface is on 2 floors in a residential area about 3 km outside Sorede. The entrance hall is on the upper floor with access to the kitchen, the living/dining room, 2 bedrooms (one with shower/WC) and the bathroom. A staircase leads to the lower floor. Here there is a large living room with lovely rattan furniture and a bar. The couch in this room converts to a bed for 2 persons. There is also a further bedroom, a bathroom and another 2 guest beds. A door leads outside to approx. 200 m² of seating under palms with a fantastic swimming pool which can also be heated. The outside furniture means that you can sit outside whenever you like – in sun or shade. The house is really well equipped and you should lack nothing.

Nearest Train: Argeles sur Mer at 6 Kilometres

Take the motorway towards Spain, drive past Perpignan, then 6 km after Argeles sur Mer you’ll come to the town of Sorede. This generous and comfortably furnished house with friendly, airy rooms, pool and large grounds is in an estate 3 km outside it, far from tourists, in the thickly wooded Vallée Heureuse – ‘Happy Valley’. The sea is only approx. 10 minutes by car (7 km). You can choose between pebble and sandy beaches. Shops and restaurants are also only approx. 10 minutes by car. There are 2 parking spaces in the grounds.

Super Haus, tolle ruhige Lage!! Erholung garantiert.Die Angaben in der Anzeige stimmen haargenau.Das Haus ist in einem sehr gepflegtem, sauberen Zustand und von der Auflaufform bis zum Zahnstocher ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Der Pool ist sehr sauber, herrlich!
Möchte man das Umland kennen lernen muss man schon ein paar Km fahren, man kann aber auch vom Haus aus mehrere schöne Wanderwege gehen.
Wir fühlten uns durch die Kontaktperson Frau L. sehr gut betreut, sie ist super nett und hat uns schon vorab eine Menge erzählt. Die Unterlagen sind schön ausführlich.
Wir können das Objekt wirklich guten Gewissens empfehlen!

Das glückliche Tal

Wir (2 Personen) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Haus immer wieder buchen. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt und man hat Sonne bis abends. Es gibt außerdem einen schönen Balkon, den wir fürs Frühstück benutzt haben.
Auch die Lage des Hauses ist nicht zu abseits.
Der Kontakt mit Fr. L. war sehr unkompliziert und die Anfahrtsbeschreibung bestens.

Was kann man sagen? Wunderschöne Region, tolle Ausflugsziele (Cadaques, Barcelona, Carcassonne, Beziers, auch der Ort Sorede selber, ect. aber zurück zur Unterkunft. Das Fe-Haus entsprach excact der Beschreibung, absolute Punktlandung, können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Absolut toll ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger - sehr schöner - Lage! Die Idealbelegung ist meiner Meinung nach 6 Personen - 10 Personen sind aber auch möglich. Traumhafter so gut wie nicht einzusehender Poolbereich. Beschreibung im Online-Inserat ist sehr gut; gepflegter Allgemeinzustand;
Betreuung durch die Kontaktperson (Erika) in Deutschland war erstklassig;
