Photos and Description of this Miami Playa holiday bungalow

The house is located by the sea. There is only beach vegetation and a large sea shore. It is located on a 4 m high cliff. The view is absolutely fantastic! You can reach the beach house by car, following an accessible country lane, which leads you through the camping area. We are the only ones who own a key for the gates. No strangers can reach the house without permission. The beach house has 2 bedrooms, 1 living/dining room, 1 bathroom with shower ad washing machine, 1 kitchen with refrigerator and icebox, a 4-plate cooker and microwaves oven. In front of, behind and next to the house, there are terraces. You can chose at any time of the day between sun and shadow.

The house is located directly by the sea. On the left side of the house, there is the ruin of a Pirates’ Fortress. On the right side, there is a camping place, separated by 200 m beach area with beach vegetation (bushes, rosemary, thyme, and a few pines). There are shopping facilities in the surrounding resorts. The next place is Miami Playa, 2 km away. In Miami Playa, there are shops, big super markets, bars and restaurants, German newspapers, pharmacies and even a German doctor. Further on, there are the ports Hospitalet del Infante and Cambrils. Cambrils and Tarragona are ideal for shopping. Salou offers a lively night life. Barcelona (120 km) can also be easily reached. Everything invites you to make trips in the neighbourhood: the mountains, the Ebro with numerous fishing grounds, the world wide known Delta, the diversified nature, several beautiful monasteries, etc.

Notes: In the garden, there are 2 small benches and several tables, so that you can be comfortable anywhere you want. The equipment of the rooms is being constantly improved. For instance, we planed to put a dish washer at your disposal. Moreover, an adjoining room will be converted into a bedroom and a second bathroom with shower will be built. The house is supplied with water through water pumps. (No intervention required) The water is potable, but it should be boiled just in case, or it can be bought in bottles. This is usual in Spain, where the drinking water is highly chlorinated. The electricity and the supply with hot water function through a solar system. If required, a generator switches on automatically. However, we kindly ask for an energy-conscious behaviour (for example, the usage of the washing machine during the day).

Wirklich eine traumhafte Alleinlage !

Ein schönes großes Grundstück direkt am Strand (50m von der Terrasse bis ins Wasser !) mit einem tollen Haus.

Ängstliche Gäste sollten besser nicht hinfahren, ist schon sehr ruhig gelegen - für den Urlaub mit Hund aber genau das Richtige. Aber bitte Vorsicht mit Hunden, die gerne mal ausbüxen: in ca. 40m Entfernung ist eine frei zugängliche Bahngleise, auf der alle paar Stunden ein Zug fährt. Also nichts für Streuner.

Das Strandhaus selbst war sehr sauber und gepflegt mit einer guten Ausstattung. Auf der Terrasse haben wir viele warme Abende mit Blick auf´s Meer verbracht. Nachts hört man die Wellen beim Einschlafen rauschen - TOLL !

Der Verwalter hat sich prima um alles gekümmert, keine Frage oder Wunsch blieb offen. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die beiden Restaurants ca. 200m entfernt direkt am Wasser gelegen. Lecker.

Auf jeden Fall für einen tollen sonnigen Individualurlaub sehr geeignet ! Noch ein Tipp: Systral nicht vergessen ;o)
