3 room apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 living/dining room with exclusive furniture. Terrace with 4 chairs. South-west location. Pool landscape with several pools & only a few metres to a little sandy beach in the Costa Calma. The apartment has a built-in kitchen with dishwasher, cooker with 4 plate ceramic hob and oven. The kitchen is very well equipped. Dining corner for 4 persons. Open kitchen next to living room. Spacious living room with fireplace. Marble heating for the winter. TV with lots of German programmes. The apartment has a telephone with fax. Internet via laptop is easily available. Access data is available from us. 1 large bathroom with large round shower and WC. 1 double bedroom with air conditioning, 1 washing machine inc. dryer & a large terrace with super sea view. Booking for max. 4 persons! The children’s bedroom has a double bed 140x190cm. Children’s high chair. All rooms have insect protection on all doors & windows.

This luxury apartment is in an exclusive apartment estate beside the beach and in the best seaside location on the Costa de la Calma. There’s a splendid sea view & wonderful sunsets. Costa de la Calma, Majorca, is south west between Santa Ponca and Paguera, approx. 15 min. to Palma, 13 min. to Puerto de Antraitx and approx. 20 minutes by car to the airport. Montesol apartment is in a well-maintained villa area far from mass tourism, but it’s still only a few minutes on foot to the centre of Costa de la Calma. There are restaurants, cafes and shops for daily needs.

Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen: sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, sehr schöner Meerblick, uneinsehbarer und ausreichend großer Balkon, feine Lage, wunderbar ruhig (man hört fast nur das Meeresrauschen), unglaubliche Poolanlage. Wir fühlten uns durch die Vermieter sehr gut betreut . Es gab nicht nur eine exakte Wegbeschreibung usw., sondern auch sofortige telefonische Hilfe bei einem kleinen Internet-Problem und eine Flasche Wein als Begrüßungsgeschenk. Die Dame, die vor Ort das Haus betreut und reinigt, gab uns Tipps bezgl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, empfahl uns Restaurants und bot Hilfe in Notfällen an.
An dieser Stelle ein großes Dankeschön an die Vermieter und Frau St.
Wir kommen gerne wieder:-))))))
