The individually designed buildings of La Perla de La Bahia is painted in different hues of aqua, azure, lavender and terracotta, and interspersed with beautifully landscaped, tropical gardens. In the centre of the gardens, edged by palm trees, inviting swimming pools are lined with deep blue mosaic tiles and surrounded by attractive terraces. You can user one or 4 (!) pools in total, each with sunbeds! Our Apartment is on the fist floor (easy access by lift) with a large covered balcony terrace which overlooks the near gardens, the near pool and the Mediterrian. The living room is funished with comfortable sofas, fire place and spacious dining area. From living room direct access to the terrace and both bedrooms. From the masterbedroom you enjoy beautiful gardenviews. Here you have a large double bed and en-suite-bathroom with separate shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and en-suite shower-room. Enjoy relaxing holidays in a unique location on the very first beachline!

As you travel west from the sophisticated resort of Marbella, passing the beautiful fishing port of Estepona in the direction of Sotogrande, the coastline begins to dramatically change.   • All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per night. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 35,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 100,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

    Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
    1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
    2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
    3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
    4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).

Notes: All modern comforts are provided in our apartment which has been furnished and equipped to an exceptional standard, reflecting the different Spanish and Moorish styles of the region. The apartment has air conditioning system for heating and cooling, underfloor heating in both bathrooms and a separate covered balcony terrace facing out to the near pool and sea. La Perla de la Bahia is divided into two separate communities. The apartment facing Playa Ancha has the use of four swimming pools, one of this pool is heated. Need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerious shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post ect. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerios bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

Need to know about Estepona: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

Wohnung: sehr geräumige, stilvolle Wohnung, gut ausgestattet
Anlage: wunderschön und geplegt, tolle Pools
Lage: direkt am Meer, herrlicher Blick
der dazugehörige Strandabschnitt könnte gepflegter sein,
etwas abgelegen, weshalb ein Auto unbedingt erforderlich
ist (aber das wussten wir ja vorher)
Kleine Kritik: Bettbezüge und Handtücher könnten wöchentlich gewechselt
werden
Fazit: Wir verbrachten zwei wundervolle und erholsame Wochen
in dieser Anlage.

Strandwohnung LA PERLA DE MARAKECH 2

Wir waren im August 2009 für zwei Wochen in der Strandwohnung La Perla de Marakech 2. Die Einrichtung war sehr sauber, sehr stilvoll. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse grandios. In ein paar Schritten ist man am Meer und kann stundenland am Strand laufen. Zum nächsten Fischerort sind es etwa 40 Minuten Strandspaziergang. Dort hat es schöne Restaurants.
Man braucht aber ein Auto, weil es keine Läden in der Nähe gibt, die man zu Fuss erreichen könnte.
Die Wohnung ist Teil einer Ueberbauung. Unsere Wohnung war leider in der hinteren Reihe. Obwohl man auch hier wunderbar zum Meer sieht, hat man den Nachteil, dass eine sehr verkehrsreiche Strasse hinter der Wohnung durchführt. Das hat uns gestört, weil wir zuhause sehr ruhig wohnen. Das nächste Mal würden wir eine Wohnung in der vorderen Reihe mieten. Unsere Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet gemäss Internet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Was verbessert werde könnte sind die etwas zu verwaschenen Handtücher, von denen man nur wenig bekommt. Man hat aber die Möglichkeit, diese selber zu waschen. Auch die Balkonstühle und Liegen sind erneuerungsbedürftig. Das war aber wirklich das einzig negative.
Sonst hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern (13 und 19) dort und auch ihnen hat es gut gefallen. Wir haben trotz des warmen Wetters Städte wie Sevilla, Rondo, Malaga, Marbella besucht und es war wunderbar. Es gäbe noch sehr viel zu entdecken.

Diese Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt: luxuriös und geräumig, dekorativ eingerichtet, mit großem Balkon mit Blick über den gepflegten Garten auf das Meer. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Viel Platz am Pool, ideal auch die Nähe zum Strand und zu vielen Restaurants. Der gesamte Ablauf von der Buchung bis hin zur Wohnungsübergabe war bestens organisiert und hat reibungslos funktioniert. Für uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern war diese Wohnung bestens geeignet.

Wir haben uns in dieser sehr gepflegten Wohnung wirklich wohl gefühlt. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung sowie die gut ausgestattete Küche trugen besonders dazu bei. Der Willkommensgruß in Form von Lebensmitteln, Obst, Wein, Wasser und Saft ermöglichte stressfreie und angenehme Stunden nach der Ankunft. Von der großen Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick - über die schön gestaltete Gartenanlage mit den gepflegten Pools – auf das weite Meer. Wir schätzen den Vermieter sehr, der sich durch hervorragende Betreuung, Zuverlässigkeit und absolute Korrektheit auszeichnet. Unsere Wiederkehr ist garantiert.

Urlaub inmitten eines traumhaften Gartens

Der 3-wöchige Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Wohnung und die Anlage, insbesondere der äußerst gepflegte großzügige Garten mit mehreren Pools, sind sehr schön. Die einzelnen Räume sind liebevoll und vollständig eingerichtet. Sehr schön ist die Loggia in den Garten, zu der man sich bei jedem Wetter aufhalten kann. Aufmerksam war, dass wir bei Ankunft einen gut gefüllten Kühlschrank vorfanden.
Perfekt wäre es, wenn der direkt hinter der Garten liegende Strandabschnitt einladender wäre, wobei er in einen bewirtschafteten öffentlichen Teil übergeht.
Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war zu jederzeit vorbildlich.
