The cottage is idyllically situated in a quiet and sunny area, yet central between the mountain villages of Teulada and Benitachell on Costa Blanca. There is a wonderful, wide view of the ocean from the south terrace. The beaches are 10 minutes away by car. The rooms in the cottage are small, rustic and lovingly furnished. In addition to 3 bedrooms, there is a living room, dining room, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen. There is a washing machine in an extra little house outside. The bedroom windows open toward the hill where wild rosemary, lavender and thyme grow and there is a private walking trail. The south terrace is partially covered, with outdoor fireplace for grilling and a little lily pond. The very bright living room has an old beamed ceiling and a fireplace with an insert as well as satellite television and DVD. Everything is on the same level except 3 steps to the terrace. The property mainly has almond trees.

The cottage is in the middle of a stone pine grove, above vineyards and orange groves on a sunny south-facing slope. The nearest golf course is only a few minutes away by car, 5 other courses are nearby. You can get whatever you need in Teulada (1.4 km). On Wednesdays, there is a weekly market there with fresh products from the region. The neighbouring communities of Moraira and Benitachell have beautiful sandy beaches and coves. Hikers and mountain bikers can also have fun. The nearest restaurant is within walking distance (1 km).

Der nächste Urlaub dorthin ist bereits gebucht und mehr kann man eigentlich nicht sagen bzw. schreiben.
Die Finka und der Flair ist fantastisch und für jeden Naturliebhaber der Ruhe sucht ein absolutes muss.
Die Finka ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool großartig, der Weitblick zum Meer unglaublich und die Vermieterin/Eigentümerin sehr zu beneiden :-)
Eines noch zum Schluss, ein Auto ist unabkömmlich!

...die Seele baumeln lassen, die wunderschön gelegene Finca und den herrlichen Ausblick genießen. Das ist uns auch dieses Jahr hier wieder gelungen. Wir verbringen schon zum zweiten Mal unseren Urlaub in der Finca Azul und sind immer wieder begeistert. Kein Stress, Trubel oder Lärm, einfach nur träumen und geniessen. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung und die Vermieterin ist
wirklich supernett und unkompliziert. Das Wetter war toll und wir konnten
auch noch im Meer baden. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Vielen Dank, wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!

Wir waren Ende Juli/Anfang August 2009 für 17 Tage in der Finka Azul. Die Finka kann nur weiter empfohlen werden. Von Anfang an gab es einen sehr guten Kontakt zum Vermieterin. Alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft. Tolle Aussicht und herrliche Ruhe. Der Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von der Vermieterin wurde eine sehr gute Infomappe angelegt mit vielen wertvollen Typs. Obwohl die Finka sehr ruhig liegt, ist man mit dem Auto innerhalb kurzer Zeit an den Stränden von Moraira, Javea oder Denia. Auch hatten wir das Glück, frische Mandeln zu ernten.Wir haben die Tage in der Finka voll genossen.

Wunderschön gelegene Finca zum erholen

Wir waren im Mai 2009 bereits zum zweiten mal in der Finca Azul und mit Sicherheit nicht zum letzten mal.
Was wir besonders in unserer Beurteilung hervorheben möchten ist die sehr ruhige Lage und die absolute Privatspähre.
Der Pool ist für Famllien mit Kindern optimal.
In Moraira gibt es ausserdem einen wunderschönen Sandstrand,der auch für Kleinkinder bestens geeignet ist.
Sehr zu empfehlen sind noch die wöchentlichen Märkte in Teulada und Benissa wo man wunderbar frisches Obst und Gemüse zu günstigen Preisen erhalten kann.
Buchung,Abwicklung usw. waren völlig unkompliziert.
Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste mal.

Entspannung pur!

Wir durften dieses wirklich wunderschöne, idyllisch gelegene Häuschen im November für 2 Wochen unser zu Hause nennen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Fernab vom Trubel zwischen Teulada und Moraira gelegen, findet man hier Ruhe und Entspannung. Das Häuschen ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, man merkt, daß die Besitzerin längere Zeit selbst dort gewohnt hat. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und gut betreut.
Auf dem Freisitz mitten in der Natur kann man morgens bei einem atemberaubenden Ausblick frühstücken und abends den Sonnenuntergang geniessen. Sonne bekommt man den ganzen Tag und der Pool ist wirklich toll. Alles in Allem ein gelungener Urlaub. Vielen Dank!
