It is located in the heart of the ancient seaport of Monopoli. It is situated in the quiet old quarter of this once bustling, now peaceful seaside town, on the top floor of an 18th century palazzo, with sweeping views of the Adriatic Sea from virtually every room. It includes a 170 m² rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the sea and of the medieval quarter below. Within a 5 minute walk, you can reach the following: a sand beach with its crystal clear blue-green waters, the 16th century castle and the city walls, the ancient fishing harbour with its morning fish market; the farmers' market with its rich variety of locally grown olives, fruits, vegetables and herbs, and intimate restaurants ranging from the simple to the sublime.
