On the outskirts of the cosy little beach village of Campomarino are these two charming summer cottages built within the extensive and quiet grounds of the Palummieri family. The beautiful natural beach of the Ionian sea is only about 300 steps away, while, Campomarino’s centre, with its shops, cafes and restaurants – some of which are open in low season as well – can be reached on foot . The larger “Casa Alba” and the smaller “Casetta Annalisa” sit beside each other like two sisters, in the shade of the Palummieris’ garden. Both feature two bedrooms, a soggiorno – the typical combination of kitchen with eating/living space – and a bathroom. Outside there are sunny patios and sitting areas in the shade of the high trees. The garden is completely enclosed and safe for children. The cottages are also ideal for families or groups travelling together.

Casa Alba is a charming cottage in very quiet, green surroundings, yet only steps away from the beautiful beach. The house features two large double bedrooms (with space for extra beds), a soggiorno (combination kitchen and living/eating space), one bathroom, a practical outdoor shower as well as a roofed patio with a view of the beautiful surroundings. The well-appointed kitchen of Casa Alba also has a cosy open fireplace. For our guests we include the use of a washing machine, a wood oven, the barbecue and bicycles. Another feature is satellite television. All linen as well as the use of gas, electricity and water are included in the price. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for comfortable nights in the summer and cosy rest in the cooler seasons. Enjoy your holidays from the first moment on!

Notes to the rental rates

• These prices correspond to the daily rent for Casa Alba when occupied by up to 4 people. For each further person are to be added 10 € per day.
  If you rent both the houses of the Tenuta Palummieri (Casa Melina and Casetta Annalisa) at the same time, we give you a 5% discount.
  
• Plus a once-only payment per stay of 50 euros for final cleaning aund laundry.
  
• The stated prices include all extra expenses like water, gas, current, heating and air-conditioning, bed-linen, bath and swimming towels.
