• 50 % deposit required to book this villa. Prices include 4 full time staff. An in-house chef is included to cook for your every need. Enjoy a banquet for you and your guests. All you pay for is the food costs. Please note that the weekend rate is for full use of 4 bedrooms, Weekday rate denotes use of only 3 bedrooms. The weekly rate has been set using the 4 bedroom rate; if one week rate is required for 3 bedrooms only, please calculate using the weekday rate x 7. The weekly rate is based on average of 3 bed rate x 7 days. All rates are subject to 10 % service charge. Please email for special rates for arrival dates of 14 days or less.

Both the living area and master bedroom have views over the garden and swimming pool and patio doors lead out to the south facing wooden sundeck furnished with quality teak patio tables, chairs and sun loungers. In the corner of the garden, separate from the pool and surrounded by tropical plants, is a private Jacuzzi pool which makes an ideal spot for relaxing while sipping an evening cocktail. The idyllic white sand beach is just a few minutes stroll away for you to enjoy a dip shimmering waters of the Gulf of Siam. The villa is fully air conditioned as well as being fitted with ceiling fans and mosquito screen doors to add to your comfort and relaxation. Satellite TV, DVD player and a compact sound system and ADSL Internet connection are provided for guest’s entertainment.

In the house spa services are available, such as massage by a trained therapist, facials, manicures, pedicures etc, we can also arrange babysitting service, taxi's, cookery classes in house, island trips, boat trips to surrounding islands. We also have a Honda CRV 4 wheel drive car available for hire. Should you wish for an in house chef to cook for you, we can also arrange this.

We have a team of 4 full time staff to cater for your holiday needs whilst residing in the villa, our own villa manageress will meet & greet you at the airport, and explain all facilities available on arrival.

Golf Information:

There is a excellent international golf course located on Koh Samui, located 30 minutes away. We can arrange transport and bookings in advance of your arrival date, and supply further details as required.
