Rent a boat of your choice and depart from your private boat dock w. lift via the canal and the Caloosahatchee to the secluded, romantic, sandy beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Islands or discover the sparkling, crystal blue, open waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the spectacular sunsets while relaxing on the oversized pool deck in your chaise lounge or from the large dock right by the water.

Notes to the rental rates

• The weekly rate applies for one week and occupancy of 2 adults plus 11% tax. Each additional person is subject to a surcharge of $100.00 per week. Minimum rent is one week, after one week we do prorate daily.
  High season surcharge 20% Christmas and Easter, minimum stay 2 weks. Rental boats are available upon request. Included in the rent is linnen, towels, beach towels, local phone calls, high speed internet acces with WLAN, pool and lawn service. Children up to 12 years stay free.
  
• Included in the rent are: Pool service, lawn service, garbage collection, water and sewer, linen and towels and local home management. Electricity is included up to US-$35.00 per week, higher consumption will be settled with the security deposit upon check out with $0.12 / KWH. Final cleaning of US-$130.00 to be paid in cash upon check in. After a rental period of 1 week there is the option to rent daily (prorated).
  
• Complimentary local calls and Internet access, the local home management will be more than happy to provide you with a free city map and helpful tips and hints where to go (drinks for a penny etc.).
