  • Included in the prices are electricity and water, gas for cooking is not included in the rental price. The final cleaning must also be paid for on site and is currently € 95.00. Rental payment: upon contract completion, we ask you to transfer us a reservation fee amounting to 15% of the total rental price within 14 days. The remaining amount is due 40 days before arrival. We recommend taking out a trip cancellation insurance. If you like our house, we can send you the rental contract upon acceptance.

Wir waren jetzt mit unseren Kindern (5 und 8 J.) schon zwei mal in dem Haus und können es unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Es ist toll ausgestattet und wirklich top gepflegt.
Der Pool ist eine Wucht, im Garten kann man sogar Ball spielen.
Die Ausstattung ist wie erwähnt erste Klasse, alles vorhanden was man als Familie so braucht.
Man merkt, daß der deutsche Eigentümer sein Haus selber pflegt.
Also einfach mal buchen und hinfahren--es lohnt sich !!!
