Our luxurious privately-owned 4 bedroom courtyard house (which is brand new for the 2006 winter season) is situated in Cape Coral’s South West near Skyline Boulevard. Our 'Sunny Belle' is large enough for an extended family or even two families to share - sleeping up to 8 adults - with just over 2.120 sq. ft. of fully air conditioned living space (3.223 sq. ft. total). You’ll be able to relax around our large 26’x13’ pool with spa (Jacuzzi) and large covered and caged lanai - perfect for your parties! But should the Florida sunshine become too much, you can either retire under the covered lanai with its cooling ceiling fans or go inside the villa where all the rooms are kept at a cool and constant temperature. The spacious open-plan living room contains large luxurious leather sofas, allowing the whole family to relax. French doors allow direct access to the pool/spa deck as well as letting in plenty of sunlight. To keep everyone entertained you will find a large flat screen TV/DVD.
