A cordial “Grüß Gott” (welcome) to the Guest House Bavaria ****. Arriving and feeling at home in our family administrated house in best panoramic location: sunny, quiet, at the edge of a small centre with shops and nice restaurands, directly at the cross-country ski run. To the bus stop it is only 50 m. You can find relaxation in our large garden with heatet swimming pool (10 x 4 m), summerhouse, barbeque and pavillion or in our wellness area with sauna, steambath and fitness room. Your bicycles and skis can be stored in our summerhouse and we will also provide sledges for you, if you like. The apartment is very-well equipped, especially for our guests attaching great importance to ambiance. For train-travelers: free transfer and shopping service!

Schönau am Königssee is the most popular holiday community of the Berchtesgadener Land and for many people also the most beautiful. We live on the sunny elevated plain of Oberschönau, directly at the cross-country ski runs and approx. 200 m to the closest ski-lift. By car it takes you about 3 minutes to Berchtesgaden, to the Watzmann spa or to the parking lot of the Königssee und Jenner. It takes 8 minutes to the golf court and 20 minutes to Salzburg or Bad Reichenhall.

Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl bei Ihnen. Unsere 'Panorama-Suite' können wir nur empfehlen, da stimmt einfach alles - sehr geschmackvoll! Und dann der Pool, ein Ambiente wie in der Toskana und im Hintergrund die Reiteralm, einfach fantastisch. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Ihre Christa Haider aus Graz

Lage und Ausstattung waren sehr korrekt im Online-Inserat beschrieben, die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl von den sehr netten Vermietern betreut. Viele Möglichkeiten an Freizeitaktivitäten mit präziser Beschreibung des angelegten Ordners, der in der Ferienwohnung bereit stand, machen unter anderem Lust auf ein Wiedersehen.
Wunderbare Umgebung zum Wandern und Skifahren.

Tolle Gastgeber, klasse Haus, wunderschöner Pool, traumhafter Ausblick und traumhafte Umgebung. Was will man mehr?
Wiederkommen! Wir haben uns schon für 2010 angemeldet. Alles ist zu empfehlen.

Ein Traumurlaub inmitten der schönsten Berge

Von unserer FeWo "Luitpold" genießen wir schon beim Frühstück vom Balkon den herrlichen Ausblick auf Kehl-
stein, Göll, Brett, Jenner und Grünstein. Die FeWo ist ur-
gemütlich im bayerischen Stil eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts (TV und Kompakt-Stereoanlage,die Küche ist kom-
plett vom Teelöffel über E-Herd bis zur Mikrowelle einge-
richtet). Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Bäcker, Metz-
ger und Bushaltestelle gleich gegenüber. Nach ausgedehn-
ten Wanderungen, aber auch zum Relaxen, kann man sich im beheizten Pool mit Massagedüsen entspannen und
wohlfühlen. Ausführliche Informationen über Veranstaltun-
gen und Wanderziele kann man dem Hausjournal entneh-
men. Auch haben die liebenswerten Gastgeber Angelika
und Sepp immer einen guten Vorschlag parat. Wir können
Haus "Bavaria" nur empfehlen. 15mal haben wir hier bereits unseren Traumurlaub verlebt und freuen uns schon
wieder auf 2009.

Toller Urlaub

Unterkunft (hier: Bavaria-Suite,Erdgeschoss) sehr geschmackvoll und auch praktisch (1 Kleinkind war mit dabei) eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber (Sepp und "Ina") sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett, das Anwesen mit dem mediterranen Pool mit bergischer Aussicht super schön! Bäcker und Metzger ca 50m entfernt; jedoch kein Strassenlärm etc. Ein klasse Urlaubsziel für alle, die stilvolle Einrichtung, nette Betreuung und schöne Aussicht (er-) leben wollen. Wir fühlten uns sehr (!!) wohl und empfehlen diese Unterkunft weiter. Ausführliche Tipps zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Gastronomie etc waren in schriftlicher Form vorhanden (und in persönlicher auch). **Macht weiter so! :-) ** Grüsse aus Niedersachsen von Sandra,Jule und Kai (Juni 2008)
