Our vacation home 'Casa Muslone' is a winery house from the 15th century and is located 400m above the Gardasee in the idyllic city of Muslone, Gargnano district on the west shore. The spacious, two storied winery house has been totally restored and has become a comfortable vacation home with 90m² of living space for 6 people and is also child friendly. The typical country style was preserved. Here you will find rest and relaxation in the original Italian atmosphere. Muslone and our vacation home 'Casa Muslone' offer you all of the possibilities to experience and enjoy a wonderful vacation. Muslone is an ideal starting point for excursions in both the nearby and far away surroundings. Directly by the house, a very beautiful and partially demanding hiking paths begin. In the small grocery stores in Enzos, you will find typical Italian specialties and offers for daily life. 10 minute walk to a very beautiful, stunningly located pizzeria.

Surroundings and recreation: Muslone di Gargnano. The Lake Garda is the largest lake in Italy. It is 57 km long and has a surface of 370 km². The northern part of Lake Garda is surrounded by alpine mountains, some with an elevation of more than 2,000m. In the south, the lake widens out. The climate is mild and Mediterranean. In this mild climate, citrus frutis, figs and olives grow. Lake Garda is not only a point of interest for water sport enthusiasts, there are also a lot of quiet places to swim. The surrounding mountains invite you to go on stunning hikes with amazing panoramic views of Lake Garda. In Gargnano you will find a groomed public beach under old olive trees. There are enough parking spaces. Gargnano is a natural, beautiful and groomed location w/shopping facilities, cafes, ice cream cafes, restaurants & pizzerias. Other cities: Milan, Verona and the summer festivals in Arena, Begamo, Limone, Malcesine, Sirmione, amusement park in Gardaland.

Ground floor: comfortable, cozy living room with open fire place, satellite TV with video player and films for small and big, stereo player with CD + CR. Beautiful, completely equipped kitchen with kitchenette, 4 flame gas stove, large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishes and utensils for 6 people. Separate guest-WC with sink. The washing machine is located in the cantina (cellar). Outside: Casa Muslone has a garden with a spacious sunny patio. In the shaded, vine covered patio, there are enough seats for 6 people. From here you will have a stunning view of Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains. Two sun chairs, a garden shower and the grill add to the furnishing. The road entering Muslone is almost only used by residents (dead end street). There are enough open parking spaces available.

Sport - Hiking - Water sports - Golfing - etc.

In Gargnano you will find a groomed, public beach under old olive trees. There are more than enough parking spaces. At the public, open beach you can book surfing classes and surf boards and rent paddle boats. For water sport enthusiasts, there is also the opportunity to go sailing. Guided mountain bike tours also start here. Lake Garda is not only a point of interest for water sport enthusiasts, but there are also quiet places to swim. The surrounding mountains invite you to hike and experience stunning panoramic views of Lake Garda. In Toscolano, only 20 minutes from Gargnano, is Val de Cartiere - the paper mill valley. The old paper mills are being rebuilt with EU-money and give an informative and interesting view of the past. The valley is wonderful for walks and ends in a stunning gorge.

Skiing Information:

Only about a 1 hour drive away is the Montebaldo - a beautifully located alpine and cross-country winter sports center. Cortina d'Ampezzo, a worldwide famous winter sport center, can be reached in 1.5 hours. On weekends during the peak season, buses from ski clubs drive from some neighboring cities to these wonderful ski centers.

Golf Information:

Only a 15 minute drive: a lot of our guests use the beautiful, quiet 9 hole golf course embedded in the green landscape.
