This delightful town house is located on the sunny Costa Blanca , just 45 minutes from Alicante airport and 35 from Murcias´, San Javier Airport. On the ground floor, there is an airy lounge -dining area, WC and independent kitchen. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms and bathroom. On the top floor there is a private solarium.

There is a nice terrace to the front of the house to relax and have a drink and read the newspaper.

The complex has a lovely well maintained pool which is rarely busy. Within walking distance there is a good supermarket, bank machines and a good choice of restaurants and bars. For walkers, there are some lovely walks by the golf course. Beach lovers will enjoy the Blue flag beaches of Campoamor, La Zenia and Cabo Roig which are located a short drive away.

Within walking distance there is a lively complex of restaurants and bars at La Fuente, Mercadona, a well known Spanish supermarket chain and several banks. The traditional town of San Miguel is a short drive away and the safe and tranquil waters of the Mar Menor and San Pedro, 30 minutes. Alicante airport is a 45 minute drive. Murcia's San Javier Airport is 40 minutes drive.
