You holiday residence Casa Masimiliano is located on the still original southern coast of the Balearian island Majorca, in the El Paraiso community, near the small fishing village of Sa Rapita. The small house built in 2000 was furnished with a lot of attention to detail and perfect comforts for your holiday. The modern and high-quality interior decorating of this cosy terraced house, the roof terrace with pergola and a wonderful distant view of the surrounding landscape and lovingly laid-out garden with small terrace and lawn all come together to create the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing holiday.

Casa Maximiliano is located in the El Paraison community only 2 km from the small fishing village of Sa Rapita. El Paraiso is a small, quiet complex at the edge of town. The surrounding houses and properties in the complex are individually laid-out and offer a charming and laid-back scenario. The area around Sa Rapita - hardly touched by tourism in the past and recommended as an 'insider tip' - has turned into the island meeting point over the last few years. A main reason is definitely the fact that 'Es Trenc' is considered one to the most beautiful beaches on the island - an idyllic sand beach with crystal clear water that stretches 9 km. Sa Rapita has a modern marina and many good restaurants, that are also opened in the winter months during the off-season. There are also two small supermarkets, a bakery, a chemist and a bank. There is a large shopping centre in Campos about 10 min away by car.

Zu beachten: Der Strand ist 4-5 km entfernt, es ist dringend angeraten, einen Mietwagen zur Verfügung zu haben. Die Strand-Parkplätze sind kostenpflichtig, ca. 5 Euro pro Tag.
Ansonsten ein gemütliches, sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit zugewachsenem Garten und einer herrlichen nicht einsehbaren großen Dachterrasse!
