The apartment is located on the 2nd and last floor of a typical old town house in on of the most beautiful areas of Nice: Vieux Nice – the old town. There is a wonderful view of the whole city. The entrance of this house is situated on the stairs going up the hill of the castle. Therefor there are no cars that could disturb your relaxed vacation. Thus we have a nice combination of calmness and very central location in one. That´s really rare in the Old town. In the same house you will find apt no 2+5+11.

We will confirm by email. 4.) The remaining amount is due at latest 3 weeks before your arrival. 5.) By doing a booking you agree to our general business conditions.
