One bedroom has a large double bed (150 x 190 cm) and in the second bedroom there are twin beds (90 x 200 cm each). The third bedroom has 2 single beds and 1 wider bed, so 3 people can sleep there. The kitchen is comfortable and equipped with all necessary utilities and equipment, like a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven, juicer etc. The bathrooms are spacious and comfortably furnished. There is a roofed patio to the terrace, a perfect room to relax in, with superb views of the sea.

• The price of the house is € 155 per day for 2 people. From 21.12 - 05.01 the price is € 186. Each further person over 13 years old is charged €10 per day, and under 13 years, €5. One day’s rent is charged for final cleaning. Up to 7 people can be accommodated. Dog €5 per day.

Inside

In the living room there is an open fireplace and a television with satellite dish, so that nearly all major radio- and television channels can be received in digital quality. Additionally, telephone and fax are available. You can connect your laptop here too, if you have an analogue modem. In a separate room there is a washing machine and an ironing board and iron.

The whole plot

The whole plot is about 1.000 m2. A beautiful garden has been laid out around the house. Outside, there is a kidney-shaped swimming pool, which can be heated by solar energy, so the pool can be used on less sunny days. There are more sun terraces where you’ll find garden furniture and sun beds. There are shady places to be found too. If you’re feeling sporty, table tennis is available. Or you might like to light the charcoal barbecue. Both the garden and terrace are not overlooked and invite you to sunbathe in comfort. In the garden there is a small sauna house with a wood burning stove. It is available for use upon request to the owner. Plenty of bed linen is provided so beds can be changed weekly. Plenty of tea towels, hand towels and bath towels are provided too.

The distances

The driving time to Tenerife-south airport is about 15 minutes. Although it is quite close, there is absolutely no aircraft noise. The beach at El Medano is about 15 minutes away too. And you’ll need about 20 minutes to get downtown to the bustle of Playa de las Americas. Typical local restaurants and bars as well as smaller supermarkets are in the village. Larger supermarkets and shops of all kinds, including bakery, butchers, pharmacy, petrol station etc. are located in the next town of “San Isidro”, about 6 km away. There are even several very good restaurants that offer Canarian cuisine with meat and fish specialties.
