Our 2 vacation apartments, approx. 60 m² are arranged with a lot of good taste and love. It has: 2 separate bedrooms, living room and a comfortable lounge (extendable bed), kitchen set with dish washer, e-stove and microwave, shoe dryer, ski bus, bus station 3 minutes away, shower/WC, bathroom/WC, Satellite TV, garden and sunbathing area, telephone. Upon request, we offer daily bakery service. The apartments were distinguished with 4 Edelweiss by the National Association for Vacation Rentals Tyrol. New: from 24th of December 2006 we also have infra red Sauna.

Our vacation apartment is approx. 60 m² large and is arranged with a lot of love and good taste. It has: 2 separate bedrooms, living room with a comfortable lounge (extendable bed), kitchen set with dish washer, e-stove and microwave, shoe dryer, ski bus. The bus station is only 3 minutes away. The apartment has a shower/WC, bathroom/WC, Satellite TV, garden with sunbathing area, telephone. We offer daily bakery service, upon request. The vacation apartment is located in a new residential area in Stubaital, Neder Außerrain district. Our house is located 1.5 km from the center of the new residential area/village. Our house has a very sunny location.

Feel good: You will sink in a wonderful vacation atmosphere. You can relax and have fun. In our apartment, your vacation starts from the very first second and you feel like home right away. It is exclusively equipped Linen, towels, dish towels, dinnerware, silverware and TV are at your disposal in both apartments. For our winter sport people, we have a ski shoe dryer, respectively a ski shoe warmer. New: staring with the 24th of December 2006, we also offer infra red sauna!

Fresh summer, charming winter: The mountainous world Stubaier offers charming landscapes: streams, lush meadows, idyllic mountains, wonderful mountain slopes, romantic sledge paths, etc. All these are specific to the most beautiful Alpine valleys of Tyrol. We would be very happy, if you decide to spend your vacation in our house, and we can provide you further on all the information you need.
