The holiday home is located in Zeuthen. It is suited for 2-5 persons (70 sqm) with floor heating. 2 twin rooms, 2 showers/WC are available. Living room with dining place, kitchen. One twin room is equipped with a small living area and a small mini-coffee-kitchen (without hot plate, is delivered on request), with refrigerator, a small stainless steel sink, miscellaneous crockery etc. Car park as well as patio, terrace is available on the property. It is ideal for visitors to Berlin. The house is located in a suburb on the city limit south-east of Berlin in a peaceful area in proximity to the woods and the water. It is 2 km to the metro station, 250 m to the bus station, 1.5 km to the lake Miersdorfer. The Zeuthener lake is at a distance of 1.5 km, the Wildau natatorium at 3 km, the sauna at 1 km. The A10-centre is located at a distance of 4 km, a shopping mall for groceries at 1 km.

Our holiday home has an ideal location for visitors to Berlin as it is located south-east to the Berlin city limit. In the midst of a peaceful location in proximity to the woods and the water. It is only 2 km to the metro station and only 250 m to the bus station. You can reach Miersdorfer lake and Zeuthener lake 1.5 km away, the Wildau natatorium 3 km away, the sauna 1 k away. Das A 10 - Centre is at a distance of 4 km. Several small restaurants, cafes, several cinemas, many opportunities for shopping, bowling alleys and much entertainment for children. Fuelling stations, car spare parts. A shopping centre for day-to-day groceries in at a distance of only 1 km. The Schoenefeld airport is within 10 km, whereby no particular aircraft noise exists. You can play table tennis on the property. Places of interest in the proximity, among others, are the Castle and the Transmission and Radio Technology Museum in Königs Wusterhausen, where the first radio broadcasting took place in 1920.

  • Accommodation from 3 nights, only non-smoker, without breakfast, per twin bedroom/ night 35,- €, one person alone in the double room 25,- €, extra charge of 3,- EUR for heating per room and per night from October - April, bed linen, towels, TV, table tennis, final cleaning inclusive. Lido ca. 1.5 km, 20 minutes by foot to the Zeuthen metro station, 20 minutes by car to the Schoenefeld airport. Pets on request. Should you arrive by air, travel by the metro to the Zeuthen station or to Königs Wusterhausen we will gladly receive you from there. Proper arrangement is required.
  • The entire holiday home has 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms/WC, a living room with dining place, a kitchen fully equipped with electric cooking range, refrigerator (but only with hand washing, no automatic dishwasher), crockery etc. One twin room has a kitchenette, equipped with refrigerator, coffee machine, electric water kettle, small sink with warm and cold water, crockery, glasses, cutlery and dishtowels but no cooking range. You can rent everything together at 70 Euro per night for 4 persons. However, you can rent the bedroom alone for 35 Euro per night for 2 persons. Respectively, a 3rd cot is possible for 10 Euro per night. A cot and a high chair are available for infants.

This room (ca. 25 ms²) has a separately lockable entrance from the hallway and is very well suited for 2 persons, who are in transit during the day and do not wish to cook lunch in the kitchenette (with refrigerator, small sink with warm and cold water, coffee machine, electric egg boiler, electric water kettle, crockery, glasses, cutlery and dishtowels). 2 couches (each 1 m x 2 m, 0,54 m seat height, with bed frames), placed as a double bed, a coffee table, 2 arm chairs, settee, a wardrobe, 2 bureaus, television and cloakroom with shoe cabinet are located in the room. A hand wash can be had in the shower room. A spin-dry is available for it. A couch, table and 4 chairs can be used in the garden. A collapsible table tennis table is available. The entire house is very well suited for a family with 4-5 persons. All rooms are situated at ground level.

The twin room with shower/WC has a mini coffee kitchen with refrigerator, a small sink, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery, glasses. Towels, bed linen, final cleaning inclusive. The twin room with the bath tub is accompanied with a hall-cum-living-room with dining place for up to 6 persons. A kitchen with an electric stove, refrigerator, double bowl sink etc., terrace with seating place for 6, towels, bed linen and final cleaning inclusive.

Moreover 2 Rattan-armchairs with corresponding table stand therein. One can reach the kitchen, which is equipped with a cooking range, exhaust hood, refrigerator, double-bowl sink, wall-unit, storage rack, coffee machine, electric water kettle and miscellaneous crockery, glasses, pans and cutlery, from the hall-cum-living-room. The bathroom with WC, bath tub, wash basin and washing machine can be reached from the hall-cum-living-room. Kitchen and bathroom have windows. From the hall/living room, you will reach a terrace (3m x 6m), where 6 persons can sit comfortably on wooden lawn chairs at the corresponding table.

Hallo
Die Buchung des Urlaubs ging ohne Probleme , schnell .
Das Haus ist sehr sauber , gepflegt und großräumig .
Wir wurden sehr gut von der Vermitterin beraten , wo und was in der Nähe ist .
Bis Berlin ist es ein Katzensprung und ist immer sehr schön .
