This detached, non-smoker house lies very peacefully in the nature park at the “Pointe de Plouha” with a sea-view from all living- and bedrooms. It is very comfortably and tastefully fitted out. Ground floor: Living / dining-room with seating area, Sat-TV (German), Telephone-Flatrate to 25 countries, free internet with wi-fi, fireplace, sliding door to 2 terraces. Open-plan fitted kitchen with dish-washer, micro-wave, ceramic hob, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower. Sep. WC. 1st. floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 with double bed, bathroom with bath. Separate WC. Well-kept garden. Terrace on 3 sides of the house with teak furniture and barbecue. Washing machine, dryer. Under-floor heating in ground floor. Electric heating in 1st. floor.

Ich habe im August 2008 2 angenehme Wochen mit meinen Kindern in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Grosser und toll angelegter Garten in dem man sich richtig wohl fühlt wenn man mal nicht zum Strand möchte. Obwohl das Haus Meerblick hat ist es zu Fuss sehr umständlich den Strand direkt vom Haus zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto sind aber mehrere ganz tolle Strände problemlos in 3 - 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es zur Genüge in Plouha.
Insgesamt würde ich das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und ich könnte mir einen weiteren Aufenthalt ohne weiteres vorstellen.
