The prices are valid for the property and are for 8 people. Change over is on Saturday or with prior arrangements. Move-in is between 16:00-19:00, move out is between 8:00 - 10:00. Electricity is to be paid by the tenant. Final cleaning CHF 500. Bed sheets, towels, table clothes are changed once a week for an obligatory fee of 30 CHF per person/week. 2 covered parking spaces, 22 CHF/day. Visitor's tax for 14 and older 2.20 CHF. 1 additional bed/adult 50 CHF/day or 1 cot/child 25 CHF/day, security deposit of 1000 CHF to be paid in cash upon arrival, will be reimbursed upon departure. Pre-payment of 30% of the total amount due upon booking, the rest is to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. For information about delinquent payment, please ask the landlord. Recommended: trip cancellation insurance.
