The castle-like 5 star property villa Le Pergole is made up of 3 villas w/10 Maisonette-apartments (object 42210) with patios/balconies for 2-10 people & is located in the exclusive Lugano-Castagnola district at the foot of 'Monte Bre'(the sunniest mountain in Swtizerland) & is the beginning of the romantic pathway shore promenade to the fishing village of 'Gandria' (1.3 km). The unusual residence sits atop a terraced Mediterranean park with palms and a wonderful view of Lake Lugano and nearby mountains. Located in a quiet & sunny area between a private cul de sac & an antique olive path in Lugano-Castagnola. A canopied pool (4x8m) & 100 sq. m sun patio w/table tennis are available to the guests. The apartments are tastefully & comfortably furnished: TV, telephone or cell phone, fax, internet wireless connection, air conditioning. !00 m to the lake with a dock, 200m to the ship-line, 70-300 to the bus, 100-400 m to restaurants, grovery store 1.4 km, Lugano-center 2.5 km. Dining room (fan) with exit to the patio with a dining space and open passage to the living room (air conditioning) with exit to the balcony with blinds and balcony furniture. Kitchen: 4 hot plates, oven, microwave with grill, ventilator, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher. 1 double bedroom with French bed 1.60 x 1.90 m, 1 extra bed for 50 CHF/day or 1 crib for 25 CHF/day. 1 double bedroom with 2 beds each .80 x 1.90 m (air conditioning) with direct access to the 1st bathroom with a bidet and balcony with electric blinds + chairs. Attic with 2 single beds (air conditioning). Altogether, 2 bathrooms, one of which with a bidet, the other with a washing machine. Telephone or cell phone, cable TV, internet.   • The prices are valid for the property accommodating 6 people. The change-over takes place on Saturdays or on request. Check in is between 16 and 19 p.m. and check out is between 8 and 10 a.m. The electricity will be charged according to the counter. The final cleaning is CHF 285. Linen, towels and table cloths are obligatorily changed once a week and cost CHF 30 per person and per week. 1 garage is CHF 12 per day. The visitor’s tax is CHF 2.20 per day, for people over 14 years. An extra bed is CHF 50 per day. A cot is CHF 25 per day. The security deposit is CHF 800 and needs to be paid by cash on location. The rest will be refunded when you check out. 30% off the rental rate needs to be paid when you make the booking. The balance has to be paid within 4 weeks before the arrival. You can receive further information about the payments from the owner. We recommend you have travel cancellation insurance.
