The unusual residence sits atop a terraced Mediterranean park with palms and a wonderful view of Lake Lugano and nearby mountains. Located in a quiet & sunny area between a private cul de sac & an antique olive path in Lugano-Castagnola. A canopied pool (4x8m) & 100 sq. m sun patio w/table tennis are available to the guests.
