Gepflegte Wohnung zum fairen Preis

Meine Frau und ich waren mir unserer 4 monatigen Tochter mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gepflegt. Auch die Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist zentral. Wobei wir leider auch bei dem größtem Manko angekommen sind. Der Verkehrslärm ist wirklich sehr störend. Besonders die Bushaltestalle trübt das Gesamtbild. Selbst bei gekippten Fenstern war die Geräuschkulisse sehr laut. Auch der Balkon, der zur Straße hinausführt, kann quasi nicht genutzt werden, da man sich ständig von den Gästen in der Pizzeria gegenüber, als auch von den Busfahrgästen beobachtet fühlt.

Insgesamt würden wir gerne eine Wohnung des Hauses erneut buchen. Wahrscheinlich aber nicht die Wohnung 8, sondern eher eine Wohnung, die zum Garten heraus liegt.

Wir waren in der Woche vor Ostern in Wohnung 8. Es hat uns
sehr gut gefallen, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausge-
stattet. Zum Meer brauchte man nur ca. 5 Minuten und auch das
italienische Restaurant gegenüber war klasse.
Einziger Nachteil: Die Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Balkon.
Aber: Wir haben uns in den paar Tagen super-gut erholt. Danke!

Unser Aufenthalt in Cuxhaven über den Jahreswechsel 08/09 hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In der Wohnung haben wir uns gleich wohl man kann fast schon sagen zu Hause gefühlt. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. die Möbel sind von guter Qualität und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Sehr gut hat uns die hiochwertige Ausstattung des Bades gefallen. Also alles in allem eine super Ferienwohnung. Wir kommen wieder.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt.
Sie ist geeignet für Singles über kleine Cliquen bis zu Familie mit
kleinen und größeren Kindern.
Einkaufsmärkte und Restaurationen im Umkreis sind in Ordnung.
Ich komme bestimmt wieder.

wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. In unmittelbaren Nähe bfinden sich diverse Einkaufsmärkte. Einziges Manko: Die Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus (abends hört man jedoch nichts davon). Hervorragend ist der Farradkeller. Hier öffnet sich die Tür zum Keller automatisch. Außerdem gibt es im Keller eine Bügelmöglichkeit.
