Finca near to the village in quiet situation on a 7.500 m² plot with cultivated garden, completely fenced in and with electrical gate. The mansion has 160 m², 2 bedrooms with double beds, bathroom, guests' WC, big living dining-room with open fireplace and completely equipped American kitchen. A laundry with washing machine and dryer, drying place is available. A nice covered breakfast terrace, circular pool 9 m, 1,50 m deep with beach landscape and deck chairs, external shower and bath, BBQ are also for your disposal as well as Sat-TV, stereo equipment. It takes 10 minutes to the Playa de Palma (Arenal), 5 minutes to Llucmayor, 20 minutes to Es Trenc, 15 minutes to the airport, 10 min. to the golf course. Pets not allowed. Ideal for 2 - 4 persons, with additional bed for 5 persons possible.
