The villa is located in the quiet residential area of Saint Aygulf with beautiful, fenced-in property and private pool. There is a secluded, shaded terrace behind the house that can be accessed from the kitchen and where one can find a cool place to have meals on hot days. The large sand beach at the end of the community toward Fréjus is only 600 m away. The town centre, with its daily market and restaurants, is about 500 m from the house. Two cars can be parked on the property and everything around is within walking distance. The pool has the required safety system and is south of the house, so that the water temperature is pleasant in spring and autumn as well.

Saint Aygulf is a suburb of Fréjus and is located across from St. Raphael on a coastal landscape with cliffs and connecting hills. There are small sand coves called 'Calanques' and a large sand beach at the end of the community toward Fréjus. There are local restaurants and shopping, all sport activities are possible, there is a small marina where you can take a ferry to St. Tropez during the season.
