The house has one large room. In the entrance area, there is a small, charmingly equipped kitchen with refrigerator und washing machine. Across the kitchen, there is a small bathroom with shower. One stair lower, you will find a living room with a comfortable Biedermeier table. Over a staircase you can reach the attic bedroom. You can have breakfast on the large balcony with fantastic sea view. The house is located in a quarter of Chora, where there are no bars. It is located half way between the central square of Astypalea, where you can enjoy restaurants and bars, and the picturesque, Venetian Kastro, which dominates the entire place.

Nearest Airport: Astypalea Airport at 20 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Limani at 2 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 300 Metres
The house is located in a very silent quarter of Hora (no discos), with a fantastic view upon the village and the bay of Livadi. From the balcony, you can contemplate the sea. In just 7 minutes on foot, you can reach the small beach Magasi, which is located at the foot of a hill. There are 15 minutes on foot to the public beaches in Livadi. The Tsanaki beach, which is very popular among tourists, is only 20 minutes away. From the house, there are only 5 minutes to the Platia (the central square, where you can find coffee bars and restaurants). There you will find everything you need for your daily life (supermarkets, fruit stores, post office, Internet-cafe).

A beautiful house in a beautiful location and with a great view. Astypalea is an interesting island to explore.

The sleeping area has steep stairs and a low ceiling.
