The holiday apartment with central heating is located on the 6th floor of a 6 family house and offers ample room on 110 m². The apartment is modernly arranged and features a sun balcony with terrific view of the sea respective the mountains. We implicitly point out that we attach great importance to quiet living in mutual thoughtfulness, for the welll-being of all parties living in the house, as well as our guests. The house is located centrally, yet in a quiet area. The inner city, as well as the beaches area quickly eachable. It is only a short way do different shopping facilities and restaurants, tennis and houseback riding. All around Cala Ratjada you can find golf courts that make every golfer’s heart beat faster. Despite the central location you can find tranquillity and recreation here to forget all about the hectic of everyday life.

The town of Cala Ratjada is located in the Northeast of the island south to a cliff complex extending into the sea - about 11 km to the West of Artà. Because of its pictorial beaches and the pristine town picture, Cala Ratjada is an extroardinary popular holiday resort for the young and the young at heart, particularly for families. In the town there is the second largest fishing port of the island.

Herzlichen Dank für die einfache und reibungslose Abwicklung der Ferienwohnung. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub der durch die Ferienwohnung verschönert wurde. Wir konnten uns erholen und entspannen. Die Lage ist sehr hervorzuheben. Vielen Dank bis zum nächsten mal!
