Casa Ambiente – Exclusiveness at normal prices. This house has a beautiful Mediterranean ambience with lots of typical local antiquities and modern comfort. Tranquilly located in 3000 m² of sub tropical garden there are 3 double bungalows with pool (12 x 6 m). The view from the house roof terrace reveals a panorama from the peak of the Montgo to Dénia castle. The house has 100 m² ground surface, roof terrace, grill terrace, glazed winter garden, living room with fireplace, American kitchen with large breakfast bar, a second dining area in the winter garden, a third dining area on the barbecue terrace; 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, 1 extra mattress, built-in cupboards and 2 bathrooms, one with bath, shower and bidet and one with shower. Plenty of loungers, tables, chairs, sunshades provided. It includes a reserved car port.

Dies ist ein mit Liebe eingerichtetes Haus, dem man ansehen kann, dass es für die eigene Nutzung gedacht ist.
Die kleine Anlage aus 6 Doppelhaushälften mit großem Gemeinschaftspool ist sehr geplegt und liegt in eine Sackgasse (wenig Verkehr).
