The holiday house that has 1 and 3 room apartments is located in the newly developped district of Ostseebad Karlshagen in the closer beach area (approximately 200 m to the beach). Each apartment has W-LAN-online-access. You will feel comfortable in this apartments, so that your stay is recreation from the very first day. In the object you will find for a charge: tanning bed, laundry area, bicycle rental for the entire family. Several shopping facilities are very close, therefore you are not dependant on the car for your shopping. The newly developped shops, restaurants, beer gardens etc. At the beach invite you to stoll along and linger here. The sea water swimming pool (opened year round) with wellness area, bowling alley, outside swimming pool, etc. will enthuse you. Within a 5 minute drive you can reach Europe’s largest ‘butterfly farm’.

Karlshagen is a Baltic Sea spa in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in the North of the island of Usedom. Karlshagen is a small and quiet town and is located between Zinnowitz and Peenemuende. Originally Karlshagen was a fishing village with one of the largest fishing ports of the island of Usedom. In the years of 1920 Karlshagen bekame known as a holiday resort and got the title of a Baltic Sea Spa. Unfortunately the beach area of Karlshagen was completely destroyed by the disturbances until 1945 and was integrated in the military area round Peenemuende. In the year of 1998 new holiday accomodations were created in the beach area of Karlshagen that were adjusted to the town’s maritime flair. The Strandstrasse (beach sreet) appeared in an all new shine and became the centre of tourism. Since the year 2001 Karshagen has been allowed to call itself Baltic Sea Spa Karlshagen again. There is no other town on the island of Usedom, where there were more changes since 1990 than in this one.

Sommer 2008-Klasse Familienurlaub! Haben 3 Wohnungen gemietet, 1 für meine Eltern, 1 für meine Schwiegereltern und eine grosse Wohnung für uns (2 kleinere Kinder). Die Wohnungen waren einfach ein "WOW". Kleinere Sachen (Reperaturen) wurden sofort und mit Freundlichkeit beseitigt.Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter wurde uns nie Langweilig, da genügend Ausflugsziele vorhanden sind. Die Lage der Wohnung entsprach korrekt den Angaben und der "Grieche" und der "Fischer" untem im Haus, waren zu keiner Zeit eine Störung-ganz im Gegenteil sehr zu emphehlen. Praktisch der Fahrradverleih (Bollerwagen). Ab ca.23.00 Uhr aber für "jüngeres Volk" direkt im Ort nicht viel los, aber es war ja ein Familienurlaub.
Werden, wenn es die Firmenurlaubsplanung so ergibt, bestimmt im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen.
