Casa Monti is a typical Tuscan country house made of natural stone, free-standing in the middle of a 60.000 m² park with Mediterranean vegetation. An important highlight is the 7 x 14 m² large swimming pool, with a panoramic position. The large area is very suitable for families with children. The children can run around freely. There is only one private access street, but no transit traffic, no neighbouring houses, no traffic noise. You can experience here the pure nature, the absolute calmness and the ideal relaxation. There are only a few km to the next town, Bibbiena. There you can find many small shops with regional products and a big, modern shopping center. On each Thursday, there is farmers’ market. You can also find post office, bank institutions, hospital, tennis grounds, public swimming pool, and golf course in the neighbouring town Poppi. Coffee bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants and pizza places are also available. You will have everything you need for a perfect vacation

The free standing house has an absolutely quiet location in Casentino, a velley with a lot of woods between Florence and Arezzo. It is surrounded by a 60.000 m² private park with oak tress, cypresses and Mediterranean vegetation. Ideal for cultural trips are Florence (55 km), Arezzo (35 km), Cortona (65 km), Montepulciano (85 km) and many other Tuscan cities, that can be easily reached within one-day excursions. Casentino itself has many attractions for pretentious guests. In many of the small, romantic localities, you can find churches, castles, and monasteries. You can also visit the pilgrimage place called La Verna, where Franz von Assisi used to live and work. It is only 15 km away, and it is worth seeing.You can also visit the wonderful terra cotta masterpieces by the brothers della Robbia and go hiking in the old woods, exploring the untouched nature.

Wir hatten mit Freunden das Haus gemietet, also 4 Erwachsene 4 Kinder zwischen 6 und 13 Jahre. Das Haus war ein Erlebnis und wir waren Dauergast beim großen Pool. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet ,alles da, was wir benötigten. Die neue Pergola ,mit großem Esstisch im Freien, hat uns auch super gefallen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Insgesamt ein erholsamer und doch erlebnisreicher Urlaub, weil wir auch einíge Tagesausflüge unternommen hatten.

Ein wunderschönes Haus inmitten eines traumhaften Geländes. Absolut empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kindern. Sehr ruhige Lage zum Entspannen, Kinder kommen schon alleine durch den riesigen Pool auf ihre Kosten. Sehr nette Einrichtung des Hauses. Rustikal, zweckmäßig, einfach zum Wohlfühlen.

Ich habe selten ein so schönes Ferienhaus erlebt.
Es war einfach alles perfekt; das Grundstück, das Haus
und der super Pool.
Ich hoffe wir werden hier noch einmal Urlaub machen können.

Wir waren mit mehreren Familien in dem wunderschönen Haus in der Toskana. Den einzigen Nachteil den ich erkennen kann, ist das man schon ziemlich am Rande der Toskana ist, und man zu den großen Sehenswürdigkeiten lange fahren muß. Das Haus ist wunderschön, der Pool einfach herrlich! Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und total unaufdringlich. Für Familien mit Kinder ist das Haus und die Umgebung einfach super geeignet. Wir fahren wenn es irgendwie möglich ist in 2 Jahren wieder.
